Good for one use...could have paid for a 5-star hotel
I thought this was the greatest idea ever. The problem is when I had to use it for two weeks straight it did what others have said happens to all air mattresses, it would lose air by morning & you are on the floor. So, I used it once, then stored it for two and a half months then I needed it and it failed. Don't spend this much money on an air mattress. I followed all of the instructions and didn't even complain when it didn't have the storage bag the description said it came with. I stored it in the packing materials it was shipped to me in.

Great product!
UPDATE: We’ve been using this bed since 2012 for guests—maybe a few times a year. It held up beautifully until July 2018. It was completely worth what we originally spent for it, and enabled us to host guests comfortably in very tight quarters without having to buy a sleeper sofa or force them to sleep on the floor. I stand by my original review. This product was perfect for our needs, and served us well for 6 years.*******************We purchased this when we recently converted our office to a den. With an expanding family, we needed a new space for the occasional overnight guest, and wanted this den to double as a guest room. Our dilema was that we had a high quality couch that fits the room perfectly, but it's not a hide-a-bed, which is really what the space calls for. We just really didn't want to invest in a new sofa bed at this time. This product is perfect for our needs. It inflates quickly and is very sturdy. I place a featherbed and mattress pad on top of it for extra comfort, and make it up with sheets and a comforter, and it looks and feels like a real bed. Both queen and full sized bedding fit well. Your guests will not feel like they are sleeping on an air mattress! Very pleased with this purchase!

AIRBED WILL FAIL QUICKLY -- NOT WORTH THE MONEY UNLESS PLAN TO USE ONLY 1 TIME!
Do Not Buy This If You Plan to Use more then 5 Times! I purchased this item when it was advertised as having a one year warranty. Well good news is that they are no longer advertising this -- as it does NOT HAVE ANY Warranty. I liked this airbed -- it fits great onto the sofa and is a perfect solution for a narrow tight room. BUT it should last more then 5 days of sleeping! There are no punctures, and the item was not abused at all -- but for some reason it has stopped holding air. I think the leak is in the interior section where the lower section attaches to the upper. I contact the seller, and they told me to contact the manufacturer LaCross Furniture who told me to contact the Seller Organic Mattress. Amazon told me that the warranty should be honored by LaCrosse Furniture -- which it is not -- although the box and packaging all say "One Year Warranty". Amazon also gave the name of Leggett & Platt who I called and said that I needed to call LaCross. Basically, everyone I spoke with said that LaCrosse should honor the warranty - which they won't. So, do yourself a favor and skip this item -- its not worth the money knowing that NOBODY will stand behind the product.

We have two and really like them
Report: April 1, 2015: I purchased two of these - one in Jan 2014 and one in May 2014 for two different homes. One is in Michigan and one in Florida - both of them were stored under the couch. We have been very happy with these, and those who have slept on them have been amazed at how firm and comfortable they are. Mine have never leaked, and have been used many times. We are very careful to make sure nothing sharp is under the bed when inflated, and only adults have used them - carefully. Also, having read the other reviews, I have to say that both packages seemed completely new, never opened, and with sealed bags around the beds. As one other person recommended, I would immediately send back one that appeared used or having been returned. We have used other inflatable beds and hated them - but we love these. Easy to store under the couch, easy to inflate and deflate, and very supportive.Follow-Up Report March 31, 2016 : Well, it's been a year since my previous report, and the endura ease I purchased in January, 2014, has now developed a leak. Since we really loved the bed, and I wanted to continue to use it, I was determined to repair the leak. Unfortunately, as some other reviewers have stated, the leak is between the upper and lower sections ( either at the bottom of the upper section or the top of the lower - can't tell which ), and there is no way to get to it. I plan to make some phone calls to see what can be done, but I'm not optimistic at this point. The other endura ease, which I purchased in May of 2014 is still working... hope it continues. Sadly, the product, although wonderful when it works, is really completely useless with even the smallest ( not-repairable ) leak.Second follow up... Well, I've received a snail-mail letter from the manufacturer ( Leggett & Platt ) indicating that they don't intend to provide any support on the replacement or repair of my leaking sleep system... they basically indicated that any support that I may or may not receive would have to come from either Amazon or LaCrosse... The type of leak I have has rendered this a completely useless product, as it is impossible to get to the leak. The leak is in an inaccessible spot, between the upper and lower sections, and, in my opinion, could only have occurred as a result of a manufacturing defect. In light of the lack of support from Leggett & Platt, I have reduced my rating from five stars to three stars. In my opinion, tt is way too much money to pay for an inflatable bed with questionable reliability, however great the design is.

Happy with my Endura Ease Air Sleep System (Air Mattress)
I bought this air mattress to be used as a guest bed a few times a year. At first I was disappointed in the mattress because it lost some air overnight. I realized I did not properly close the valve, so check to make sure the valve is well secured if you have leakage. It is high as a regular bed making it easy to get in and out of. I did not have a queen size fitted sheet but used a deep pocket double fitted sheet and that worked fine. The vinyl is very heavy duty, but makes the bed heavy to manipulate when you need to deflate and put away. I think it will work well for future guests.

Defective !!!!!!
This product was shipped to Amazon very poorly ..... it must have seen the rack track because of the carton it came in. I only used this bed for 16 nights and a seam ( defective ) started to leak and the bed was going flat.....A lesson to be learned ..... if the packaging has been compromised SEND it back..... It's probably a second or defective and was returned before......Then the deduct $51.00 from the return ...... extreme caution !!!!
