Greg Fishman books have a great way of simplifying and making concepts more understandable for any level of player. I am enjoying the phrasing books very much. The original songs/backing tracks are very goodand literally fun to play....

Great Beginner Jazz Book for Sax Players
An excellent place to start learning jazz at the beginner - intermediate level. I wrote myself harmonies also to go along with each song. I own all 3 volumes, and I enjoy them very much. The CD's are the best part. Alto and Tenor CD's are included with each volume. Excellent value for the money by far!!!!!!!!!

Great teaching resource
Very useful for beginner-intermediate player to develop jazz styling. Especially like CD tracks both with and without sax lead as model. Will be buying other books by this educator.

Melodisch ansprechend dabei aber noch mit Fleiß und etwas Erfahrung lernbar...
so komme ich gut in Bossa Blues und Latin rein. Spielfreude ist schon nach den ersten Stücken spürbar, Erweiterungs und Veränderungsmöglichkeiten werden aufgezeigt. Gute Basis für eigene Ideen.
