WARNING these are NOT new, APC direct told me it was manufactured in 2004 !!
The unit was dead, I chatted with APC support and they said it was manufactured in 2004 !!!! They won't honor the warranty, even though it was sold as new to me - you have been warned. Now I have to fight to get my money back. AVOID AVOID
