I bought this to replace a battery operated mini sealer that lasted me many years but finally stopped working. I am very pleased with it as it is easy to operate, efficient, and it is easier to keep it charged than having the batteries dying out between uses.

I bought it for mylar bags and found it works on the highest heat setting but has two problems. First the cutting blade is unnecessary and scores the bag if you make a seal further down the bag (double seal). Luckily it did not cut the bag but it has a small risk to cut it and ruin it. Works best on edge of bag.Second it did not seal reliably I found gaps I had to go over again. I am sure it works well for freezer bags. For a dependable seal on a mylar bag it is best to go for an more expensive German bar sealer.

Great product, easy to use .. I used on a large bag of Doritos and they are still Pretty fresh a couple of weeks later 😍👏 A little bit of a shame about the price but can keep forever. I would be quicker to use a clip..

I purchased this a few weeks ago and honestly I would really not recommend this product. The dispatch was quick, the sealer arrived perfectly packed and the size is perfect to use and store. Now... when it comes to the actual performance of the sealer it's a fail for me. It kind of works but the overall performance is poor, it works in some packages but not all. The quality of the sealing isn't great... I regret not spending a bit more and getting a better quality sealer.

Bought this after reading the reviews but seriously it’s not fit for purpose. Very poor on thin plastic and all it does is do more damage than good. Save your money and get a decent one.

One of the things that annoys me about frozen vegetables is the fact that once the bag is open, it is guaranteed to spill out in your freezer no matter how careful you are. This little gadget is very useful in sealing up packets again. I have used it on my frozen sweet corn and beans. It took me a minute to figure out how to switch for bag thickness, but now I have it is easy. You simply press and hold the little button momentarily and it switches on, you clock it again and the setting changes. The frozen sweetcorn goes. In the middle setting as the hottest one melts the packets. It’s basically tried and error, but it won’t take long to master it.

It doesn’t seal the bags easily ... you have to play around multiple times to get one bag seal and that is frustrating and a waste of time. But it does seal bag after multiple tries so I have given 3 stars
