High quality. Should you have trouble screwing in the lock assembly the outside door plate may need to adjusted up or down or side to side.

Easy as piece cake
Easy install in existing nyc apartment, that handy man charge my mom $180 for the parts and labor. I paid $85 and install in 20 minutes. Saves $$$
