Incipio Feather Case for LG G2 (Verizon) - Carrying Case - Retail Packaging - Cyan

I bought the cyan version of this case and it came in the color it was advertised as, perhaps a tad of a shade darker due to indoor lighting. It's a very nice matte shade that is reminiscent of the colored Nokia smartphones (in a very good way).The case is very easily snapped onto the phone but is much much more difficult to get off (if you do need to get it off for whatever reason, I've found success in starting with prying the lower right corner off first). I can't speak for how much protection this case provides, as I pretty much never drop my phone, but the back and corners seem adequately defended from moderate falls and the front seems protected from very minor falls (the "lip" of the case barely protrudes beyond the glass front.)I mostly got this case because the back of the Verizon LG G2 is very slick and picks up scratches and fingerprints very easily. From my initial impressions of the case, the feeling is the exact opposite with it on the phone. There is more grip (which I have noticed allows the case to pick up dust more than the back cover itself, not as much as a silicone case, but enough to be noticeable), almost no fingerprint pickup, and much less scratching. The footprint of the case on the phone is very sleek, and I like the color it adds. The back buttons are easier to find with one's fingers with the case on but are slightly harder to press (mostly because you must dip your finger into the phone slightly deeper.) Overall I feel that this is a very premium feeling case and am satisfied with this purchase.A fair warning: I read on the iPhone reviews on Incipio's feather case that the material may begin to "peel" after just a few days. Having similar material cases in the past, I don't see this happening to me, but I will update this review in the future if this happens to be the case.Edit: I showed the case to several of my friends, who complained that the phone case felt "powdery" or like "suede." This can be taken as a positive or negative, but I thought I'd include these observations in this review.

I had a hard time finding a case for Verizon's version of the LG G2 (slightly longer than the other companies'). The best feature of the case is its thinness. Most people, even other G2 owners, don't know it is there it's so thin. It's a thin polymer case more flexible than metal but much more rigid than a silicon case. In loose shallow pockets my G2 (without a case) fell out of my pocket twice the first week. The back of the phone is pretty slick. Once I got the case the phone has only fallen out once in the last two months and just dropped one other time. The slight tackiness of the case contributes to better retention without making it more difficult to retrieve from your pocket. When my phone has fallen from waist height, the case usually falls off the phone after impact. Wish the case stayed put, but my phone has survived unscathed. The case is easily removed for cleaning. I would definitely buy again and will probably be looking for the same product for future phones.

This case stays on well, doesn't stretch out. It's very slim and, so far, has protected my phone during a few drops (before I got the case I dropped the phone once and screen shattered). There is the edge on the sides that slightly raises the screen if put face down on a table.The color of the phone isn't the same as the picture it's more of a dark gun metal almost metallic. It is not a Matte light gray as is pictured.The plastic has a very slight grip to it. It's not textured but it's not super slick glossy either. It hasn't slid out of my hand accidentally and it doesn't attract pocket lint. So it's a good balance.This is a super slim case. Fits easily in a tight pocket. The top and bottom of the phone are exposed so just take that in to consideration before you buy.I'd recommend this case for someone looking for a slim case. There weren't a whole lot of great options out there when I ordered mine. This one has served me surprisingly well.

I never used cases on my phone. Usually too bulky and provide little protection. Hate otterboxes, and firsthand experience they provide very little protection over any other case. This feather case provides just a slight lip around the phone to absorb the initial impact instead of your screen, while adding a nice texture to the back with very little added bulk. In face I actually prefer holding my phone with the case now, as it makes the rear buttons a little more distinguishable than without the case.Only complaint is the grooves on the bottom of the case where it makes the cuts for headphone and charge port is a tad "sharp". The way I hold my phone (pinkie on the bottom for support) eventually starts to get a little sore in those grooves. Could make round them out a little more to prevent that, but not taking any stars away for it.

This case fit well but it got dirty way too fast. It turned black within a month so it grossed me out. The color and quality was nice but it just collected dirt and grime like no other

First off, I'm the type that will spend a good hour; reading the reviews before making my final decision on what to purchase. Also, there was limited options, due to being a Verizon phone. After being satisfied with the reviews on this product, this case had to be mine. It has a very clean and cut look. (I choose the gray case over the black because I have a White LG G2). The case goes on very easily and fits snug so you don't have to worry about it coming off. I still have clear screen protective covers from the previous G2 I had with Sprint.
