I love the flavour of this and buy it as often as I can afford, its quite an indulgence but so delicious, sometimes I just eat it straight from the spoon!

Best alt-pesto I've ever had
This is hands down the best non-basil "pesto" I've ever had the pleasure of eating. The balance of flavours is spot on - some truffle pestos are too overpoweringly truffly. The only downside is the size of the jar - it just isn't big enough! My favourite way to eat it is stirred into gnocchi (baked/roasted/air-fryered is best); I use roughly two-thirds for two servings. My other favourite way to eat it is to mix the remaining third with an equal quantity of soft cheese and stir this mixture into gnocchi, etc.

Broken jars on delivery. Unacceptable
Love this sauce but both my deliveries had smashed jars on arrival. Sauce and glass everywhere which meant it was very difficult to retrieve the other jars. The packaging must be improved

Super salty and taste of artichoke. Cant day i taste the truffle. Would not recommend this one. Have had truffle pest but this one just is not delicious
