Came with chinese writing...so disappointed

Very nice phone overall. It has a nice size with a good quality feel. One thing not advertised is that it is the AT&T version of the Moto X, so it comes with the AT&T logo on the back and some AT&T apps. It works pretty well with my T-Mobile based provider. I had some problems with picture messages and group texts, but that seems be be ironed out now by just taking out the SIM card and replacing it. I might update later.

The phone is not great. The worst thing is that people can never hear me when I talk into the phone. I returned the same model phone three times and finally thought this one was working, but it was after the return window before I realized it just wasn't cutting it. I kept thinking it must just be a fluke and I think I just wanted it to work so badly because I was sick and tired of returning it. I think it must just be a problem with this phone because I see many others have the same problem. I'll likely end up just buying another phone soon because it's such a pain yelling into the phone so people can hear me. The phone works fine on speaker and BT--just not on regular mode. Very frustrating! When I get a new phone, I think I'll smash this one with a sledge hammer for catharsis.

I think this is a good Smartphone, i like the resolution of the cameras, is very easy to take pictures, i think the 16gb of storage is awesome, the apps and software are very fluid, i like the automatic Update of latest version of android. i love this phone overall

My favorite phone ever! However this one says unlocked and it was blocked when I got it and had to pay to unblock it. Also, it would restart every two weeks or so out of the blue and took like half an hour to restart because it "optimize applications". Everything else is perfect

The phone is in perfect conditions, however, the box was kind of damaged. The main problem is that the tool needed to remove the sim trail was not included in the box and I was not able to make the phone work with my sim card at the beginnig.

This is a good phone but I wish I would have gotten the Moto G4 play instead to get the bigger screen. For someone who wants a smaller phone this is a super deal.

Was not too sure about buying a preowned cell but my current Moto X battery died and I wanted to replace with a like phone. This was a great price and phone was in near new condition, no damage of any kind. Switched my sim card into this new phone, made my setup changes and it has been working great so I would say I'm very happy with this seller and phone.
