Nice unit was able to clear airbag light on a new VWBeetle. Lots of information available through the reader.

Scanner as described, but USBb cable was not there in the package; not a responsive seller
Scanner works as described. However, there was no USB b cable in the box even though the users' manual mentioned that it was included. Not happy with the seller. I received the bubble envelope with a big cut (about 4 inch) on the back of that envelope; in fact, I took out the box of this scanner through that cut. The seller knew about my complaint but did not respond to my issue.
