I originally brought two of these so me and my partner could use these together however after a few days one broke, I have returned this item and seems I have received the same item back as has identical faults !! The same trigger is broken and when moved seems as though it could snap as it’s very fragile not impressed with the return aspect of this !

Amazing I love it it made me the best in pubg moible I am so much better easy to shoot with triggers 0 recoil it’s amazing and phone never overheats which means less lag love the fan

Hate to be critical on a superb piece of kit but if the trigger pads, that touch the screen were closer to the screen when you pull the trigger this would easily have five stars.Apart from that I love this pad. Its sturdy, the spring is really strong and grips the phone perfectly. The fan does a lovely job at keeping the phone cool and your hands too.Very comfortable to hold, even when a headphone lead and a charging lead are connected during play. The feature of the phone battery charging from the pad is amazing too.Ps using this with Samsung S10

It feels nice to hold and the triggers work well. What I don't like so much is that it is hard to prevent the phone slipping to the side meaning that the triggers are not aligned to the fire button. More likely to happen when you are reacting quickly, such as in a close quarters fire fight.

Personally it’s a worst of money

This does exactly what it say's it allows you to hold the phone more comfortably. The Triggers are a nice added bonus. THIS WILL NOT MAKE YOU A GOD OF THE BATTLEFIELD.

This product is faulty, the button for activating the fan has jammed so when the battery is charged, it doesn’t last long as it should. Would appreciate a new, less faulty one.

Value of money is a little bit expensive but the rest is good.
