Sejong Korean Conversation 1 세종한국어 회화 1 (Korean and English Edition) Paperback – May 31, 2018

I just started to learn the language by myself. I found the sections in the book very organized and the instructions on the introduction page are easy to follow.You just need to manage every section (part1, 2, & 3 in chapters) with how much effort you think you need to get them done. Part 3 in each chapter is a summary part for what you have studied in Part 1 & 2. Consider it as a final exam for the whole chapter.For me, I have decided to study every part in different days (ex: Part 1 = Day 1; Part 2 = Day 2; and Part 3 = Day 3 + 4. So 1 chapter weekly). This way I won’t get the overwhelming feeling. So think of different ways you think you can follow to learn the language. 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻One important thing you have to keep in mind before purchasing the book is that you need to know the alphabet before and how to read. It’s ok if you don’t understand what you are reading, but at least you can read.

I need this book for an online course. I literally received it yesterday and working on Lesson 1 I noticed binding coming unglued and pages starting to tear. It is a standard text, useful with a teacher or tutor. Just disappointed in quality of binding.

Good material!

I originally bought this book believing I could use it for self-study. It is not a good resource for that. I am currently taking a class through Sejong Institute and this is the book required for it. The only thing in English are the directions. About half the material requires you to pair up with a classmate, making it unusable for self-study.
