MAZEL Single Length Golf Club Irons Set for Men & Women,Right Handed

I am a senior golfer who normally plays a round at between 82 to 89 strokes from the senior tees at my home course. My regular irons are 2018 TaylorMade M CGBs with UST Mamiya graphite shafts, with CP2 medium grips, and regular flex. I'd been interested in one length irons (all at a 7 iron length) but did not want to spend $700. I bought the Mazel one length irons with the SR flex graphite shafts and have been pleasantly surprised. The head is slightly bigger than the TMs, the weight is exactly the same for each iron, and they carry the ball almost exactly the same distance as the TMs, so they were easy to get used to. I have found they actually hit straighter than the TMs, and the swing is the same for each iron. The grips are high quality and seem a bit larger than standard. I will probably upgrade to medium grips eventually. They were actually packaged better than big name irons I have previously owned, like the company was proud of their product and took care to protect them in shipping with a heavy box, twin club dividers, and multiple plastic wrapping. I would highly recommend these irons to anyone, beginner or experienced. They are well made and were a bargain.

I knew my issue with lower number irons is to shoot the ball consistently straight. Even with my previous clubs with hybrid for 3 and 4 irons, this remained an issue, and I could feel when I needed to use low number irons, my body had to adjust to the length and swing change. So I decided to try this single length set. I took them to driving range first and they do feel consistent in getting ball straight and high, also you won't get the distance for 4 and 5, which is understandable since the shaft is short on this set. But my goal is to get consistent shots, and this set do the job. I've played two rounds with them, they feel good. At least I had no errant shots in those two rounds, so I am happy.One thing I noticed is the R shaft feel pretty stiff, about the same as my steel shaft. The MR shaft feel list my other R shaft hybrid irons so I went for MR.

Great set of irons and the quality was excellent. They took a little time getting used to, once I figured out the ball placement, swing and grip everything started falling into place. I really like all the irons being the same length, lie and weight. I lost maybe 5 yards on the #4 and #5 irons but gained about 5 yards on all the wedges with a higher trajectory which I prefer. Great irons for me at a great price.

Clubs were delivered yesterday and I played 18 holes today. Shaved off 19 strokes off of my usual scores.The pro: 4, 5 and 6 wend a lot straighter than before, Although I can only get about 120 to 150 yards out of them. But that’s what I wanted and needed. Hitting far doesn’t make me better, straight does. Also, I can hit a really high approach shot with an A wedge if it is with in 90 yards. It almost lands without any carry.The con: I have not figured out how to hit a 30 yard chip shot with the clubs yet, not with the long sand wedge anyway.Summary, beginners should buy these clubs. Advanced players.... well, they won’t look here.

Very nice set of irons. I have used them on several rounds and feel that with time I will get used to the same length and weight clubs. As with most people who receive these irons they lose distance on the longer irons and gain distance on the shorter irons due to the same length shafts. I do wish they came with a longer shaft for tall people, because my regular clubs are 2 inches longer than the standard size due to my height. I did find that the club's Mark each other during transportation due to the same length, so I would recommend if you buy this set of clubs by head covers for them to protect them from getting beat up. I have definitely improved by hitting by removing the hook and slice with these irons.

I was skeptical. I ordered the clubs, they arrived quickly. My game had stagnated, I was stuck. I got the clubs and took them to the range. They had a great feel, nice weight. I hit them very well. The lower clubs went 10 to 20 yards longer. I expected the 7 through 4 to be shorter from what I had read, but because they were lighter I hit them longer. Played a course I always play and usually shoot 95 to 98. Shot an 88 today, first time out. Great clubs, I would recommend them to all.

I received the clubs in a reasonable amount of time. They were extremely well packaged. The sizes and lengths of the clubs were accurate to what was advertised.The 5-club had a large glob of very sticky, glue-like substance on the back of the club head. The 4- club had a much smaller amount. I had to use WD-40 to clean it off because it was so sticky. I didn't think much about it because I thought it was just something that happened when the clubs were packaged for shipping. I don't golf very often, so it was over a month before I used the clubs again. Those two club heads were sticky and very difficult to get clean. There seemed to be glue leaking out from behind the insignia on the reverse of the club heads.I was past the "return by" date, but I contacted the company anyway. They promptly replied and asked me to send photos of the club heads. I complied and they said they would replace those two clubs with clubs with a different colored insignia (they were out of the original color). That was ok with me and about a week later I received the new (not sticky!) clubs.I like the clubs. The company promptly replaced the defective clubs without too much effort on my part.I would really like to give a rating of 4.5 stars because of the inconvenience caused by the factory defect, but the service was great.

Gone out three times with these irons so far. Already noticing a difference in my play. Definitely caters to the beginner golfer.My only issue with these is the grip feels cheap and like it will peel away quickly.

I found that of the 9 clubs only the 4, 5, 6, and 7 irons were of any value. The 8, 9, W, AW and SW irons got roughly the same distances. I finally had to my 8, 9, W, SW irons from my old set back Into my bag.

When to the driving range to try them out. Unfortunately for me I could not adjust to hit the 8 iron and up to Sand Wedge. I wish the clubs would have be the same lenght of a 9 iron instead of a 6 iron. So will not be playing with the same lenght clubs. But I have to say, the price is right for quality of the clubs. Asked a friend to try them out and hope he can adjust to them and sale them to him.
