I waited a while to leave a review. My cat has had them on for almost 3 weeks now and none have come off. He had a habit of scratching walls and door frames instead of furniture and now that we have remodeled, these caps have saved our new interior! I ordered medium... he weighs around 10-12 pounds and they were easy to apply. Just press the knuckles of the paw to extend the class as much as possible.

I purchased these after using Soft Paws for many years. These are a softer cap and easier to manipulate during application. The colors are fun for me, even though the cats don't care. In my hands, they last just as long as the Soft Paws did and the price point was better. I will be buying these again when my supply runs low.

Wish I had read the instructions before I bought. You have to put glue in the cover & let it partially dry, then put it on your cat. If they came pre-glued it'd be much easier. These will not work for my cat.

So far I’m liking these. Beware that based on your cat, you may have a time getting these on. They came with several different colors with 5 different nail adhesive bottles. It was a little difficult getting the glue inside the nails and seeing how much they were filled up but it was easier as I went along. My cat was particularly awful about it so we wrapped her in a towel and held on for sweet life. They aren’t so long that they prevent her from retracting her claws. My cat is double pawed and has always had trouble retracting some of her nails and she tends to get caught on things a lot (blankets, curtains, etc.), even with using scratching posts. When I saw these I thought I’d try them. She has had them on for a week now without issue. I followed the recommendation of putting out wet food right after applying them to distract her, letting the glue dry. She flicked her paws and chewed at them for a little while afterwards only getting one off (I suspect it was my error in not getting enough glue in). I popped it back on and now she doesn’t fuss at them at all and no more have fallen off. I don’t look forward to having to put them on again but I am hoping that gets easier in time and she will eventually realize it’s more comfortable not constantly getting caught on things. For the record, I have tried cutting her nails and it is a no go situation. This was way more doable. Also, so cute!!!

One from each cat's nail fell off within the first hour due to user error. Hopefully with more practice all 10 will stay on. We decided to try these on before the new couch comes in x)

Love these! I wish I had been using these for years, would have saved myself many scratches and torn up carpet/furniture! I have a 13 lb cat and she doesn’t mind me messing with her feet so these were easy to slip on. Initially she walked a bit funny trying to shake them off and chewed at one (I think a bit of fur got caught up in the glue with the first one I tried. But it has been a few days now and they are staying in place and don’t bother her at all! Added perk besides being functional is that they just look cute, like I painted her nails lol So much more humane than having your pet declawed.

The caps were great! Colors are all vivid and included a few sets of glitter caps, which are adorable. The only downside is the adhesive. This brand only stuck for a week before falling off. In comparison, the other brand I had purchased prior to this lasted for 6-8 weeks before falling off.I have used these on a range of cats from my own 3 little guys to multiple friends' cats. They all had the same issue with adhesion. If you do get these, I would recommend purchasing a separate glue.

Es perfecto, de buena calidad y por el precio es un excelente producto.¡¡¡Los protectores han durado más de 3 semanas sin caerse!!! Estaba dudando en comprarlos porque algunos comentarios refieren que no duran adheridos en las uñas, sin embargo considero que si no se colocan como las instrucciones indican, obviamente el producto no va a funcionar, sin embargo, al seguir las instrucciones es garantía de su duración.Yo limé muy muy ligeramente los laterales de la uñas y posteriormente coloqué el capuchón, y resultó magnífico. Sólo hay que tener cuidado de no colocar mucho pegamento porque puede derramarse y quedarse pegado en el pelo del gato, o bien, quedarse pegado justo donde nace la uña y supongo que eso no sería muy bueno para la salud de la uña.Muy recomendado, lo compraré nuevamente.

No se si deba cambiar el adhesivo, pero no lesDuraron nada.

Great but it’s missing mail caps from the packs.

First off, the color variety is great, if you like your cat to have a different nail color for each occasion, which is not likely to happen unless you keep on top of it. These particular nails, DO NOT stay on more than 3 days. I was constantly finding nails all over the house. The nails themselves are a soft rubbery plastic, which is great. The glue itself is horrible, it does not adhere to the product, even though I followed the instructions exactly. If the glue was better quality, without hurting the animal, I might reconsider changing my review score.

If you have a dead cat then they are easy to put on. My cat didn't like the application at all, and half of them were off in just a few minutes despite holding him for a few minutes to let the glue dry. Pretty sure it's just rebranded dollar store super glue. It's hard to keep off the glue his skin when applying. He loves to scratch everything, and the remaining ones wore through before they came off his nails.I'll keep trying because I need him to have safe claws now, and the alternative is gruesome.
