First off RIP Rich P, a legend who absolutely stood behind and used his own products then made it accessible for others to succeed in their long term goals, with that said it contains hydrolyzed beef protein not the typical stomach bloating whey and quality complex carbs, definitely a game changer with great results.

You'll love it. It's thick so use about 14 ounces or organic unsweetened almond milk and it will be your favorite. I mix a scoop of chocolate muscle mass with it and I can't buy this smoothie anywhere. Go for it.

Taste just like banana bread oatmeal! Mixes fast with water. No side effects so far but it's only been about a week of use. Seems to work as described.

After years of supporting this brand, I wanted to try their newest product out and continue to support them. Was really happy with the addition to protein in their real carbs food product, but I just really couldn’t handle the taste. It tasted VERY artificial especially the banana. If you are someone who only cares about the macros and not taste, this is perfect for you then.

Product came all dusty and the labels were worn off in spots
