Luminess Air Boost It Airbrush Primer, Colorless, 0.55 Fl Oz

Love the Airbrush make and a little goes farther then any compact or cream foundation… But the price is ridiculously expensive for such a tiny bottle… After my last bout of cancer and complications my hair fell out so it was hard on me when everyone thought I was a man.. So now I wear makeup everyday and have never been called SIR again… Better pricing for me would help my budget greatly…

I use this product with my airbrush machine after putting on sunscreen. I usually water it down a bit. It helps lessen the look of dark imperfections. After it dries I use water-based airbrush foundations over it. Sometimes I use a concealer before using the boost it. I have olive skin and I have a hard time understanding how this product would be useful for women with darker skin. It says on the bottle that it's for all skin tones and hues, but I just don't see how that's possible. One reviewer said it made her pores and wrinkles look more pronounced. I think this is true of most makeup. The older we get the less we should use, really. But using water-based materials and adding water to them has helped me find a medium with airbrush. I also think that if you're caking the stuff on really thick this is inevitable. As with any makeup, if your goal is to look perfect you should probably invest in a psychologist instead of in this product. Good luck to you!

I have learned to put it on first, then put on your eye make up as well as your blush, then add your glam air make up and it looks great.

Seems to go on very heavy, bought new sprayer, but the foundation still goes on showing lines on my face..I’m 69 years old, so maybe not for older ladies.

Was able to use it once or twice not enough to give a real review on the product before the bottle cap broke. I felt I had to share my thoughts on the Luminess packaging as a whole and it is pretty pathetic. The product prices are exorbitant especially when the packaging doesn't hold up for many uses!!! I found the product breakage happened to several of my Luminess products so it wasn't an isolated incident. They don't hold up well with regular usage and certainly not for traveling. I even had them in a padded makeup bag and there was leakage everywhere. Thank goodness from previous home breakage experience I had double bagged before placing in the makeup bag or my bag and clothing would have been ruined!

I love Boost It. Been using for years. Excellent product.
