Extremely pleased with this washer
I always gripe when I have to assemble anything but I was up and running with this item in about 15 minutes thanks to the very clear and concise getting started poster that came with this item.... then.... when it came to using the item.... WOW!To use, simply connect and turn on your hose, connect your nozzle, pull the starter rope and you're ready to make everything around your home look brand new again.I have a lot of pressure washing to do around my home and property and so far this item has made my back steps, carport and concrete apron look like absolutely brand-spanking new! Every tiny oil stain on the concrete came up with such ease. I did a few test strips on my moldy pool deck and so far the few boards I have done look almost brand new also.I have become addicted to pressure washing and this so easy to use pressure washer has fueled that addiction. It starts first pull every time. There is a variety of 4 nozzles for different purposes and a chart on the unit itself that recommends which nozzle is best for which purpose and surface. At $300, it was 1/3 of the price I used to pay someone to pressure wash my home. From now on I will be doing it myself. It's very satisfying, a good way to get a bit of exercise and some sun and I am saving a small fortune instead of paying someone. The main reason I originally purchased it was for my son to clean his car. The problem is - it only takes about 5 minutes to wash your car with this! We have 4 here to wash and they are all going to be sparkling clean, always, because it's so effortless to wash a car. And you can't beat the results this gives on alloys rims. No brushing needed and not a trace of brake dust nor grime left on the rims.I was new to the pressure washing experience and this item, as easy as it is to use and as effective as it is, was a choice I am 110% happy with. If you are considering this brand, you won't be disappointed.

Dont Spend More!
Totally satisfied with this pressure washer! Never heard of Duromax, so I was skeptical. The only lthing I was not happy about was the plastic rivets used to hold on the gun holster accessories. They broke the seceond I pushed them in. That is all. The engine runs great, plenty of pressure for washing vehicles, very large gas tank as well. Comes with every thing you need to start it up! All quality products were used here. Hose is only about 25' long. Sometimes engine doesnt want to start unless youre squeezing the trigger to relieve all the pressure. Very happy customer! Onboard detergent reservoir as well, holds maybe 1 quart.UPDATE! I have had this machine going on about 4y now and it still is running like new! Fires right up 1st or 2nd pull. Still running the same spark plug that came with it.just did a minor tune up this spring. Cleaned and checked the gap on the plug. Change oil often. Every 20h of use for the first few years. Alot of metal shavings still to this day. But starting has never been an issue. I run reccomended 10w30 oil. Always use a pump lube as well. I am very pleased with this washer at the price.

After two months, I'm still happy
I opted to wait a bit before reviewing this pressure washer, I've used it three times in the two months since receiving it with great results and no issues. The plastic rivets for attaching the wand caddy and accessory holder cost this washer its fifth star. While the plastic rivets may be sufficient enough to last the life of the machine, they just seem too cheap. The company seems (to me) to be cutting corners too close on them. I understand the need to keep production costs down to keep the pricing competitive but I can picture having to replace them a few years down the road when the vibration has weakened them to the point that they no longer hold. We'll see. I had never operated a pressure washer prior to this, I read the instructions, put it all together within fifteen minutes or so, filled it with oil and gas, turned on the water and yanked the cord. To my surprise it started on the first pull. The other two times it started just as easily.

Great Power Washer!
First things - This was exceptionally easy to assemble out of the box. (With Exception for the plastic hose retainer pieces but that is another part for later). After assembly and following instructions, the unit fired up on the first pull. It smoked a little but I assume that was the preservative burning off of the cylinders and engine fins. After it warmed up, the choke was released and it ran SO smoothly and quietly that I thought maybe there was another speed mode but it was at full throttle. Once water was applied, it purred and ran exceptionally smoothly for an initial 2 hour pressure wash run. I used it again the next day and again it fires up first pull. Now for the plastic hose retainer parts: The plastic wand retainers and hose retainers had an exceptionally cheesy and weak plastic riveting attachment that broke within minutes after loading my hoses and wands on them. I ended up buying a pop-riveter with metal rivets for these attachments. And that is my ONLY complaint.
