For arthritis pain in the joints, apply the product all the way around the joints that are in pain. It is usually best to also cover the area just above and below each joint so that the product can have its effect on the entire area.

Is this good for knee spains

I have used this product for years. It gave me instant relief for a arthritic thumb back in 2002. I have never used anything else. NOT sure on knees - but pain is pain & this stuff works for me. There are copycat product out there but in my book none work like this stuff. If I wake during the night with a charlie horse in my leg- I reach for this product & go back to sleep.
