This is one of the best gluten free flour blends that I have tried, and I have tried SO MANY. It's better than all of them. I use it in gravies, baking, and breading chicken.

Ingredient discrepancy with product description
I haven't bought this so the 3 star rating is null, but I noticed the product description says "no rice or corn." The bag clearly states cornstarch as one of the ingredients. For someone with corn allergies/sensitivities, this will surely be a problem.

Love it!
I have used this flour to make chocolate cake, muffins and pancakes so far. Everything was sumptuous! It is now my favorite gluten-free flour. I have tried many, including Cup4Cup (which was an expensive disappointment -- if it is going to cost that much it should at least work well AND be organic). I can't wait to try some of the other Manini flours for making breads. For now, though, this is going to be my go-to multi-purpose flour. You can't even tell that it is gluten-free!
