SanDisk 512MB TransFlash microSD Card (SDSDQ-512-A10M, Retail Package)

This TF card works great with my Samsung A920 phone. I copied my music on to this card from my PC using the adapter that came with it. Put the micro sd in the phone and everything worked. However, when I had put the empty card in my phone it was showing that the available space is 483MB. The 512MB card is actually 500MB because they take 1 million bytes as 1MB but it should be 1024 KB. So bottomline 17MB (500 - 483) is used for internal purposes. But anyway 483MB is also sufficient for me.

My father signed a two year agreement with AT&T he selected a free refurbished phone, but of course, it's no surprise to my knowledge not even a USB cable or any including accessories came with the phone. That didn't bother him, his only purpose with the phone is to receive calls. But I decided to buy him a memory card so he can have more storage with his songs he likes to hear through his bluetooth, & photos he likes to take. Buying the least memory (512mb) through a retail store cost about $20, instead I bought this cute little chip right here for about $5 (including shipping). It also came with an adapter, luckily my laptop had a tiny insert to transfer files, however with a USB cable, it'd be much easier. But I'm not complaining, this is a great buy.

I found this is a great upgrade to my Garmin eTrex GPS. The micro SD card slipped right into the slot under the battery cover and let me upload lots and lots of maps. The included 64 MB card really limits the number of maps that can be loaded onto the device. With this I'm yet to run into a space problem.The one limitation is transfer speed - I'm not sure if it is the device or the card but it takes a LONG time to upload anything close to 512MB to this card via the GPS and I'm yet to find support for a card reader in the Garmin software.All and all the card has been quite satisfactory.

Purchased a Sandisk 512mb Micro-disc for my new LG CU500 phone. Considered the 1 gig chip, but felt the 512 to be more than adequate for my needs. Have stored roughly (120) downloaded songs from my home computer, as well as about (55) pics, and remaining storage space still sits at nearly 50%! Very good product, and my buying experience thru Amazon was top-notch.

I use the card to store the pictures I take on my cell phone. The best part is that I can place the microSD card into the adapter and put it right into my computer, instantly getting my pictures onto my hard drive. It was a great investment at about $25 with shipping!

From desc: "Kit Includes - 512MB microSD Card, miniSD Adapter, Full-size SD Adapter." No such adapters were sent.Also of significance: This is NOT the retail package. You get a paper envelope with a memory card stuffed in it. That's fine for OEM products, but this item is clearly described as being the "retail package" version.I returned it. Buyer beware.

The microSD card is really small and delicate. The included SD adaptor is of no use and is poorly designed. It is not easy to remove the microSD card from sd adaptor once you insert it. You need a seperate microSD reader to use this card.
