My wife asked me to order this, as our corner shelves had become full of food that was stale and was evolving into a new life form that was stopping us from getting at the slow cooker and pyrex dishes that we had previously stored but could no longer see.When it arrived, she decided to fit it herself rather than allow the DIY klutz of the household to drill holes through walls and worktops in an attempt to do something useful in the house rather than write Amazon reviews.Apparently, it was really easy to fit, once the existing shelf was removed, just needing a little assistance in fixing the spindle to the roof of the cupboard. The carousel moves smoothly, no squeaks, and is proving to be great at letting us see everything that we have, there is a bit of storage space underneath for the pyrex dishes, and a little bit of room on either side for the slimmer cereal boxes that would take up too much room on the carousel.Ultimately, storage space is slightly reduced compared to having just a couple of shelves, but we now don't buy as much food and waste less by being able to see it.Recommended.

This is very well made with heavy gauge steel wire and feels much more solid than i was expecting. I assembled this in under an hour, the instructions are basic but they do make sense - just watch out for the small details in the drawings and 'blow-ups', these are important. I am very impressed how much food it is possible to store on the unit, a real space saver. The plastic brushings make the rotation very smooth, with minimal effort needed to turn the carousel even when fully loaded with heavy stuff. A

Good quality, solid construction. Rather scanty instructions with poor illustrations but easy enough to work out what went where. I fitted it myself and am pleased with the result. It spins easily and makes everthing easy to reach.If you are ordering this,looks at the undersurface of the top of your unit- mine had an annoying brace in the way of where the top of the spindle attatches and needed a bit of wood added to make a flat area to attach the spindle.
