Should work OK
The "hinge" is just a piece of the material, but you shouldn't be using it so many times that it will tear. The elastic "closure" wraps the clamshell shut, but I could see it coming off in your pack if it was moving around with some other items. I get the feeling I'll be using a rubber band in addition to the elastic. It's stiff enough to keep your lenses from getting creased, which is the point, so functionally it should be ok... just seems a little cheap.

Nice strong case but the two sides don't fit together well and there is a gap near the hinge side. It does fit two of my Scott IO 7 lenses. The hinge is only cloth which I guess is ok. The strap is elastic and seems a little flimsy like it will eventually stretch out. if I could I think I would give this item a 3.5.

If you have low expectations this will meet them
Fits extra-large Ski/Snow Goggle lenses just fine.Does not zip shut and the elastic strap is loose and flimsy. I would not trust this to keep my expensive lenses safe. It also is a terrible choice to do double-duty smuggling small loose amounts of drugs, even legal marijuana buds, as the shake will fall out everywhere all over your containing bag.

Fits A Pair of Oakley Airbrake Lenses in Microfiber Bag
After I recently purchased the Oakley Airbrake Snow Prizm goggles (SKU: 007037-32) which comes with the Prizm Black Iridium and Prizm Rose lenses, I also ordered the Clear lens. It was at this point that I began searching for the extra goggle lenses case. The goggles came with a white microfiber bag that has a dividing sleeve sewn-in. The Clear lens came with it's own white microfiber bag that's designed to only hold one item.I used the bag with the dividing sleeve to house the Prizm Rose and Clear lenses so they wouldn't touch/scratch each other. I used the other bag to house the Oakley Airbrake Snow Goggles that have the Prizm Black Iridium lens installed. The microfiber bag that houses my two extra lenses fits nicely in this Wryd case. I bought this case to profess my extra lenses with traveling. Because the Wryd case is only secured with the built-in elastic strap, I'm not sure how well it would stay together if you decided to take this case up on the slope in a pocket. The Wryd case fits perfectly in the Oakley Goggle Case along with the Oakley Airbrake goggles in the other microfiber bag.

I end up not using it
Its really only good for protecting lens in your bag while in storage - but i just put my lens in the sleeve inside my helmet insteadIts too big to carry in my backpack while skiingIt doesnt quite close properly - bad designSome people could find a use for it i guess tho, its not horrible

Great for spare lenses
I use very reflective daytime lenses so this is nice when I want to take a second pair of magnetic lenses to switch out for night riding on the slopes. I can fall on my backpack nearly full force and be confident that I won't break the spares

My electric lens don't fit that well. Also a bit bulky if you plan on packing in your jacket on the mountain.

Great for on and off the Hill
I can hold two of my Smith iOX lenses in this case inside the bag. The bag peeks out over the edges a tad but that's fine. This case is easy to throw in a pack or even in a low jacket pocket if you can find a good way for it to curve around your body. It's well made and I have had no issues with it. Very straightforward product. I have not fallen on it yet, so I cannot yet attest to how it performs under hard body impacts. From what I can tell, as long as you've placed it in a way that it forms to your body, there's no reason the lenses inside should break.
