defective product
I use this product to help aid those in dietetic distress. This product has almost no taste, and is quite watery. I did not need to open this particular bottle before just recently as I had some on hand and wanted to use that one up. If this cannot be refunded, please substitute another product of similar quality and contents. Thank you.

I read comments that the Black Cherry had a kool-aid taste, too sweet, etc...The bottle I received was far from that! Very sour, like vinegar. Didn't seem to work for my digestive system like the strawberry/apple...

Product is not consistent and you can't return it.
I have really tried to love this product. I have bought it over and over again for years, and when I receive the right thing, it's an excellent product that I truly enjoy using. However, more often than not, I receive broken bottles, bottles with no seal, bottles with the wrong flavor liquid inside even though the label says it's the flavor I ordered, bottles that have gone bad or firmented... And I can't return any of them. I'm finally accepting defeat and switching my brand. All around very disappointed with this brand.
