Decent on ear headphones for the price
The media could not be loaded. Artic has always been known to me as making great quality computer fans so when they released these headphones, I couldn't resist trying them and seeing if they put that quality into them.Included with the on ear headphones are the instructions, a micro USB charging cable (approximately 2 feet 8 inches) and a soft cloth travel pouch. These are some nicely made and stylish looking headphones and like all headphones I have a set of criteria that make or break Bluetooth headphones. The one thing I do worry about the design though is the wire running from the headband to each piece. I can see these getting caught on something and being ripped out of the ear pieces. This wiring should have a better method of being attached from the ear pieces to the headband. Charging was fairly quick and lasts a good amount of time before needing recharging.Pairing - These are quick to pair to my S4 phone. They not only do the standard Bluetooth pairing but NFC as well and both were quick and easy.Comfort - These headphones are lightweight and not as heavy as a lot of on ear headphones of this type. The problem here is that the ear cushions are not padded enough and get a bit uncomfortable on the ears and the mesh covering the ear speakers also feels a bit uncomfortable on the ears. Although not the worst I have felt, this is an area they could improve upon.Phone function - Like most of these types of headsets similar to this, I wouldn't usually use these as a phone headset but I did make several phone calls on my S4 to test its calling ability. This headset has a multi-function button that works as an on/off hang up/answer and volume up and down button. Another two buttons handle the forward and back feature for music. I could hear the calls on the headset really clearly but the person on the other end of the phone indicated that I sounded low and far away, a sign that the mic could use better placement or a flip out feature.Music wise, which for me is the most important feature for this type of headset, for 40 dollar headphones sound very good. The music was clear and full and the vocals, midrange and treble distinct. The bass although not as good as more expensive headphones, have a surprising amount of punch.Overall, these are solid headphones for the price that musically sound good. The ear cushions could be a bit more comfortable and the phone microphone could be a little better. But for the price and the fact that these have a two-year warranty these are worth 4 stars.

Pros: superb quality, easy pairing Cons: pinching wires, lousy volume rocker, cuts out if you hug people the wrong way
I was so excited to receive the item after seeing all the 5 star reviews. Then I started using them and reading how even the 5 star reviewers had some complaints of their headsets but still gave a 5 star review. They paired very easily with my iPhone 6, sounded superb, but the wires really bother me. The pair I received has a lot of extra slack that is different from the pair pictured and also the wires appear to get pinched each time by the swivel part of the speaker. You can see this if you zoom into the Amazon pictures. The volume rocker is my second gripe. If you want to go from no sound to full or vice versa on the headphones themselves, it literally is a 15-20 second process. You can't just hold the rocker one way and it go up or down, you have to repeatedly swipe it one way repeatedly until it reaches the desired volume level. Granted the phone has this built into it but it would be nice for a easy to use volume rocker. Also found when my gf wants to give me a hug with me leaning right or if she gets right in front of me, the headphones cut out with the phone in my left pocket and the control side of the headphones on the left side. If I lean left to hug her, no noise cutting out. Again, the sound is superb and pairing is easy but it looks like slightly different materials could have encased the wire better in some way. I'm worried the wires will break after repeated usage but luckily it comes with a 2 year limited warranty. Only time will tell. Also haven't tried them for jogging but I hope they stay on my head. They are very comfortable to wear and the bag it comes with is nice but I wish the extra dollar or two they put in the bag would have gone into the headphones in some way.

Excellent Purchase, well worth the price
I received this product and was greatly pleased on how well it performed, especially when compared to other bluetooth headphones of similar price range.Pros:-Good sound, good bass, currently the best I've seen out of a bluetooth headset-Nice padding-Decent range-Long battery lifeCons:-Can only pair up with one device at a time-Hurts my ears after a whileDetails:I received these headphones not too long ago, I wasn't sure what to expect as I normally associated the company with Fans and other cooling products. However, the moment I received the product I was blown away at the effort put into it.First off is the unboxing. There was some effort to package the Headphones and made sure it wasn't just a run of the mill package for the headphones. It came nicely presented, and made you think the company cares about their product. The build quality of the headphones feel superb. It feels absolutely solid, like they made sure these headphones were put together well. Compared to other products, these have them beat hands down. The pairing experience is fairly easy with the headphones. You hold down the multifunction for a few seconds, wait for the light to start blinking red and blue, and then use a Laptop or Phone to search for and pair with the headphones.I paired the headphones on two devices, both my laptop and phone. It works as expected, on Windows you'll may need to change the default sound device to the Headphones, but other than that you're good to go.In terms of sound quality, I found these headphones to blow away all the other bluetooth headphones I have tried. Good highs, good lows, And the bass isn't crackly. I haven't tried anything in a price range of $100 or higher, but for these headphones in their price range, It's definitely exceeded my expectations. For comfort, I found the headphones to be very comfortable to wear at start, but after a while the pressure of the earphones starts to hurt my ears, and I need to take them off for a little while. However, this is the case with other on-ear earphones I have tried, so it's not something I'd fault Arctic for.The only two caveats I really have is the size of the headphones, and that they can't be folded to be easily stored somewhere. But it does come with a bag which helps a lot for carrying them around. My other caveat is that it can only pair with one device at a time. What I mean by this is that when I pair it up with my computer, it won't pair up with my phone at the same time. With other bluetooth devices I'm able to do both, such that when I receive a call on my phone the headphones automatically switch over to my phone and I can answer the call without needing to do anything else. But the primary purpose of the headphones is for music and gaming, so that isn't enough to detract from my experience overall. All in all, I'd highly recommend these headphones, I've been having a blast with them thus far.

Serial Headphone Killer No More?
Let me just explain my title, I'm jokingly referred to by my girlfriend as a "serial headphone killer" as I manage to get through two-three pairs of in-ear headphones a year. I don't treat them roughly, however the wires within the headphones constantly break giving me sound only in one ear or a distorted sound whenever the headphones aren't perfectly positioned. I even plunged for some fairly expensive quality branded Sennheiser headphones thinking the build quality would be higher and thus they'd last a little longer. This was not the case unfortunately.Sick of this happening to me, I briefly looked into bluetooth headphones (no connecting wires to break internally!) however was put off by the high price and possibility of them being complicated to pair, drop connection etc. However when I noticed that Arctic (a well known PC gaming brand) had started producing their own range of bluetooth headphones I was intrigued and couldn't say no at this price (just slightly more than I paid for my in-ear Sennheisers which I've had to have replaced under warranty three times now).I'm so glad I did. These headphones were so easy to set-up, they paired instantly and I was off. Sound quality is brilliant and slightly higher than my Sennheisers (which apart from breaking all the time did have very high sound quality I must admit), I've used them flawlessly with a Samsung Galaxy S3 (custom rom based on CWM 12.0, be aware that CWM 10-11 have a bug that effects bluetooth audio so are probably not suitable for use with this or indeed any bluetooth audio devices), Lenovo laptop and custom build gaming PC via use with a bluetooth USB dongle. The inclusion of a practically invisible mic have lead to these headphones not only becoming my main music listening device on the way to work, but have also replaced my gaming headset for PC gaming online, causing me to buy a bluetooth adapter for my gaming PC just so I can use these headphones with it.To sum it up:+ Brilliant sound quality+ Very comfortable, very high quality soft cushioned ear cups (I don't usually like wearing over ear headphones+ Very light+ Inclusion of buttons allowing for music pause, track skipping, volume adjustment etc. are genius and so handy when on the bus/walking along the road without having to change track manually on my phone+ have paired instantly with every device I've tried to use it with - laptop, gaming PC via dongle and Android based phone+ very stylish brushed metal look, silver/black colour scheme looks very high-endI'm honestly stuck for any negative qualities and quite excited by Arctics new expansion into sound tech as, if this product is anything to go by, they're going to quickly make a name for themselves for offering great features at a seriously competitive price point.I'd highly recommend these headphones to anybody, I wasn't even particularly in the market for a bluetooth pair of headphones however I am a complete convert now, this is the future! I'm so glad I took a chance on these.

Great set of headphones
As usual, Amazon’s delivery is really great. On time, all the time. The P614 BT come in a slide in box that feels strong and rigid, like both of the other Arctic products I have bought. The box boasts a 30 hour battery life, comfortable ear pads, expandable and flexible headband. The headphones come with an in-built mic, playback controls, LED indicator, pairing button, microUSB charging port and a multifunction button. They weigh just under 145g and have an 850mAh Li+ rechargeable battery.Upon picking up the headset, they feel very solid and have a decent weight to them. Not too heavy, but enough to know that they’re not cheap.First thing I noticed is that there is no R or L on the headphones, so presumably it makes no difference. The documentation is satisfactory and the included microUSB charging cable and faux-leather bag was a nice addition too. The bag is large enough to fit the headphones without any difficulty at all and even has some space left for cables and an iPod.Pairing the headset is quick and easy, simply follow the instructions and you’re good to go.In-built microphones are never ones to rely on, as they are never as good as a dedicated mic, so if you are a gamer or require a high quality mic, then you’d have a separate one if you were to use this headset professionally, but that is not who these headphones are marketed to. The earpads are very soft and the headband is not too tight, and it fits snug around my head, causing no discomfort at all. They fit well enough to keep out any mild background noise, but with no over-ear feature or active noise cancellation, these are not to be used in noisy conditions as earplugs. The sound quality is really good and is higher than what I was expecting. The quality doesn’t degrade with distance, but will suddenly cut off when out of the 10m range, which is plenty. It is less if there are walls on obstructions. The 30 hour battery is plenty even for the hardcore music enthusiasts out there, but can easily be charged directly from your laptop via USB.The sound quality is good for an in-built mic and is handy that it doesn’t protrude from the housing at all.The microUSB port is protected by piece of rubber that hinges on one side to prevent dust entering. The LED is bright and clear, the volume rocker is handy as are the next/previous song buttons.Overall a good headset for the price (£33.99) and I look forward to seeing what more Arctic has to offer.

A Pleasant Surprise
Bluetooth has made a lot of progress over the years, there are still a few downsides to it but, devices like these make it more and more appealing for someone who's been set on using wired interfaces over the years.Pros - Can't argue with 30 hours of battery life, I've been using it for the past 5 days and haven't had to recharge. (I would estimate 20 hours of use so far). - It actually sounds a lot better than specified, I wasn't expecting the sound to be this clear and even the bass still has volume to it. They went for clear sound rather than heavy bass and in a lot of cases I prefer it this way. - Commuting to work through busy streets, tubes and buses caused no drop in audio quality regardless of whether my phone was in my pocket or in my bag. - Connecting it up to any compatible device was seamless, the fact it also acts as a headset is beneficial and aptX really does help with higher quality responsive sound. - The headset is extremely comfortable, I am a huge fan of closed cup headphones, but these do a good job of blocking out external noise. - Controls on the device are intuitive and easy to use. I never usually find myself using the buttons on these kind of devices but this felt a lot more natural. - The headset looks premium, not exactly what I prefer, but I would never say it looks bad.Cons - The audio stutters once you reach 5-6 metres, this is with any bluetooth device, I work in broadcasting and we supply devices that can offer 10-15m in range. I'm not comparing but, they do state 10m for this device and I was quite disappointed that I can't venture far with them. - High frequency sound can become distorted, this was a very rare case, but if you're favourite song is hitting those high notes then it can be a big issue. - Using the device as a headset drastically drops the audio quality, the functionality behind it is fine and I believe this is an issue with bluetooth bandwidth rather than the device itself. No noise cancellation on the mic either. - Open ear headphones can be heard by everyone around you. This product made me think twice about my feelings towards bluetooth headsets, for the price you are not going to find much better and specifications do not do this headset justice, it sounds a lot better than you think.

Amazing sound and good all round quality Bluetooth headset!
I've previously tried many types of Bluetooth audio devices, many of which have latency and add distortion to music however Arctic seem to have done a very good job here with keeping the Bluetooth connectivity and quality to it's best, there is an extremely low amount of distortion which is unnoticeable, kudos to Arctic! The speaker drivers themselves are high quality and provide a good balance of sound, when I first arrived them out of the box I was happy with the quality of sound but I quickly adjusted the audio FX on my phone to how I prefer it and I can happily say that these are possibly the best headphones I've heard with a great balance of sound and is capable of providing a good amount of bass when adjusted! The headset is well designed and feels very sturdy whilst remaining lightweight and also comes with a nice carrying case along with a good quality charging cable. I've overly impressed by the all round quality of the product and its accessories. The minor fault I can find is the volume control on the headset, if you wish to change the volume dramatically you have to keep clicking the button and it doesn't allow you to hold it down, but it's not a problem at all.I have and will continue to highly recommend this product to others and it's very reasonably priced for what you receive.
