Listing states imported from korea, thats one reason i purchased this, but the box says manufactured in china, why did you list korea?

The ingredients listed in the bullet point are imported from Korea, but the product was made in China.

are they retractable?

No they r not and check the colors because some colors r to bright or so neon that to me would be more for a teenager

When using as an eyeshadow, are they blend-able?

Yes. Nice set of colors. I found a few of the colors a little bit dry and that they dragged when being applied but I was able to correct that by using an eyeshadow primer. But they did blend
