Product arrived quickly and sensibly packaged. It comes in its own bag for when not in use. Very comfortable to the skin and to use. I have only used it for 2 nights but have noticed less pain in my legs. I only gave 4 stars as I'm waiting to see if this continues or whether it is because I'm still getting used to the pillow and focusing on its position and that's taken my mind off the pain! The pillow stays in place thanks to the very comfortable strap. So far, so good. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the service from the seller.

This pillow has been a life changer for me. My right knee had got extremely painful when sitting or laying down.i use the pillow under my knee when sitting to give it support and comfort and when in bed between my knees for spine alinement and now knee comfort as well. The pillow is soft and comfortable well made and looks good I carry it wherever I go because it eases so much pain when I am sitting . Any chance of a similar pillow for lymphoma support for my for arm when sitting to elevate and give comfort ??? Many thanks

Had knee replacement surgery and always slept with a standard pillow between my knees, bought this as it's designed to do the job and it comes in its own carry case so more portable on trips away from home. It's light weight, removable washable cover, it has a handy elastic strap which helps keep it in place when moving around in bed. It has also helped with back pain which is an added bonus, love this product

It's not big enough to make a difference, it helps my knees slightly but you need a bigger pillow ideally to really feel relief.

I bought this pillow on the recommendation of my chiropractor to help alleviate the pain from sciatica at night when I am trying to sleep. I can definitely say that there was a 100% improvement to my sleep. The pain that I was suffering kept me awake at night and after 3 weeks of sciatic pain and no sleep, I was completely worn down. This pillow has allowed me to have a full almost unbroken sleep. It is very well made and extremely comfortable with a nice comfy leg strap to hold it in place. Because of my ongoing hip problems, I will use this pillow every night from now on. Cannot recommend enough.

After reading previous reviews I was optimistic that this would help my hip and back pain.It's described as adjustable, it's not. The strap is elasticated, which means that as soon as you put pressure on the cushion the strap becomes useless, it's too loose to hold the cushion in place should you happen to move an inch during the night!The cushion itself, while the exterior FEELS lovely and the quality of the material is nice, the functionality is redundant as soon as you put the weight of your leg on to the cushion, the pressure squashes the memory foam down so much that it doesn't make that much difference to the space between your knees without it!Really disappointed with this!It could be easily fixed, make the strap adjustable to keep it in place.And instead of making it entirely of memory foam that goes flat under pressure, make the core a firmer foam to give the support that is needed.Sadly I will be returning this.

This arrived very quickly, was well packaged in fact, overly packaged by Amazon (as ever!). Surely it would have sufficed in a much smaller box - it's memory foam!!!I bought this as I have meniscus damage and bi-compartmental osteoarthritis in my left knee. This over time has become more and more effected by my leg position when I sleep and good support through the night can be the difference between just getting up and going in the morning or a poor nights sleep and a struggle on that leg in the morning.The pillow appears to be well made and comes with a useful case for storage when not in use. I can not comment on the pain relief benefits of this pillow as I did not use it. It was apparent on receipt that this was not firm enough for what I want. I have read the information about this being effected by heat and weight and appreciate it, but for me this just wouldn't have done the job.I have had several of these type of pillows and had hoped that this one would be different as they all compress far too much to give my knee the support it needs through the night and are too small to accommodate the position change of the pillow if you move in your sleep, they are also not long enough for lateral support if you have longer legs.If this type of pillow will meet your needs, then this is well made, good quality and a British Company. Alas I am veering towards a a smaller body pillow that gives me greater coverage in the support area.
