Really like the shower assembly. It was a nice addition to our shower remodel. Like the second handle for adjusting the tempertature and the rain shower effect. I was not however, aware that the shower head was plastic, not chrome. That was dissappointing considering the price. It does have a lifetime warranty buthopefully I won't need to test it. Other than that I have no complaints.

We have a more expensive rain shower in our master bath and this shower in our guest bath. I am very happy with this purchase. Obviously you have to make sure that you have the clearance necessary for a rain shower head to be installed in your bathroom. You can buy other shower rods (they are standard size so they don't have to be a Delta one) if necessary to raise it higher. Amazon sells a few options. For those that comment on the use of plastic, go to any high end showroom (we went to a Fergusen as well as a Kohler showroom) and you will see that even some of the most expensive sets now incorporate plastic type materials. I was a little bothered at first, but frankly if it is above my head and I am never touching it, I don't care that it is a plastic material. It looks terrific and I love the way the shower handle controls the hot/warm and on/off. I wish all of our shower handles operated like this one. The rain shower itself is really nice. It provides more pressure as compared to the Hansgrohe rain shower in our master bath. I can definitely see some pressure loving folks (or those with really long hair) preferring this one just for that reason. The Hansgrohe feels exactly like a heavy rain and is outrageously relaxing. The Delta here feels more like a hard downpour which is also pretty awesome, just different. No regrets with either purchase. I love them both.

It's gorgeous. I love this Cassidy chrome shower system. I bought it to go with my Cassidy bathroom faucet. I recommend installing it at least 7 1/2 ft high if there are tall people in the house. My husband is 6'4" and there is not much room between his head and shower head in flat position with this one installed 7 ft high. Luckily, this is the one in our guest room, and we'll install another in our master bath higher so he too can receive the full rainshower experience.

It is nice to get into the shower and it is always at the correct temperature. You set the temp where you want it and you never have to change it, just turn on the water and shower! And, it looks great!
