I was afraid i would not be able to find another phone like mine! Now I have a new phone that works for me, old ladies get set in their ways. Very happy!

Item 1: The speaker is on the back. If I put the phone down on a table face up or in my pocket, the speaker becomes blocked and I miss most incoming calls (even with the volume at max level). Item 2: I was looking forward to having this phone because I so enjoyed my Verizon Samsung Intensity. However, this phone's keyboard does not have the feel of my old phone's one. The "R" key is pretty much unresponsive. I don't like the character layout. The bottom row is special characters and functions; the letter rows are pushed up so that the top row is shared by numbers and the letters QUERTY etc.

I bought this phone because the microphone went out on the Samsung Evergreen phone I have been using and I could not find a new Evergreen phone to replace it. I was told that the Gravity is an updated version of the Evergreen, so I decided to give it a try.The phone is similar to the Evergreen in many respects but there is one big difference -- it will neither make nor receive phone calls. When I dial somebody else's number it rings one time and then hangs up. When somebody else calls me, this phone hangs up on them.I am on AT&T, one of the carriers that the spiel accompanying this product says it is supposed to work with, so that is not the problem. I've also had the SIM card checked and it works fine in other phones, just not this one.Obviously, I plan to return this phone and resume my search for a slide QWERTY AT&T-friendly phone that can actually be used to make and receive calls. In the meantime, if you are considering buying this phone take my advice and look further. You'll save yourself a lot of hassle and aggravation.

Bought this for my 13 year old son in June and use US Mobile as the carrier. It has lasted for almost 6 months now and is still going! The battery lasts a long time too. Could last all day when fully charged.

Ordered this phone to replace mine because the screen cracked. This is a newer style than the one I had. This phone keeps "locking up" and the battery has to be removed each time to reset it. Wish I'd purchased a used model like I had already. The buttons are dished in and it makes it very difficult to use. Would not recommend this product.

I bought this phone for my 14 year old son and he loves it. Great option if you want an up to date durable phone.
