Black Mamba 6 Get Bitten Hot Sauce

I like to fancy myself a bit of a hot sauce connoisseur. I have a refrigerator full (probably at least 25 bottles of various products). I started this hobby about seven or eight years ago, when I first discovered Hot Ones. I bought the lineup, and I was hooked on capsaicin almost immediately. I've spent the better part of the last decade buying new sauces and refilling my stock of favorites.I've come to classify sauces into one of two categories: functional sauces and novelty sauces. Functional sauces can be hot, and some sauces in this category are very hot (Hellfire's Fear This sauce comes to mind). But novelty sauces take the heat to the next level. Sauces like Da Bomb, Mad Dog 357, and Blair's Mega Death are never brought out for a pot of chili - they come out only after a few beers with friends, and are eaten not because they taste good, but because they hurt. The pain is the point.The problem with these sauces is that, generally speaking, they taste HORRIBLE. Da Bomb tastes like cigarette ash. Mad Dog 357 tastes like a four day-worn T-shirt after a heroin sweat. They're just disgusting.Then there's this sauce. It's, hands-down, my current favorite. It bridges the gap between functional and novelty. The heat gets very, very close to Da Bomb-levels (though not quite). It is an intense, relentless heat. But the flavor is incredible, as well. I haven't checked the label yet, but I get strong jalapeno flavor. This is especially nice, because every sauce wants to have the ghost/reaper flavor. I like the fruity reaper flavor, but it's nice to have something with real heat that also doesn't taste like all the others.I can't recommend this sauce enough, but it really is only for experienced heat fanatics. Pay attention to the bottle size - it's tiny. But I don't mind, because a couple of drops will do. I just had a few drops on a slice of pizza for lunch, and I'm burning up.

Absolutely love this hot sauce. To start, a forewarning, this stuff is HOT! Only use a VERY small amount when you first try it. There is only one other hot sauce I'm aware of that is hotter, and it is MUCH more expensive than this, and technically, not a hot sauce, but pure capsaicin (the chemical that causes the heat). A little goes a long way, which is great, because this stuff can last you quite a while as a result.Great thing about it too is that unlike a lot of hot sauces that are hot just to be hot but don't taste that great, this one actually tastes decent. I highly recommend it.

Alright, so I just want to get this out of the way... This is no way 6 million scovilles... It's not as hot as a Carolina Reaper Pepper, but it is very tasty. The biggest thing about this sauce is that it tastes very good and packs a good punch. I've had people try this at work and they really liked the taste. They also withstood the burn (except the new guy who had to run and drink water)If you look at the packaging, it doesn't state the scoville rating, it just mentions 6 million... Which is the extract that they put into it.. But it gets diluted with the vinegar and the chocolate habenero. I know that review sites say it is, but it's not... trust me and all the other comments here. If you want something hot to put with your food, this is it. If you're looking for a challenge, move along.

This sauce definitely kicks you right off the bat. Very hot, it is best mixed in with another sauce otherwise it doesn't taste all that great.

Fiancé loves hot sauce and this is in his top 10. The burn lasts for a bit.

I thought: Small container, surely the claims on the bottle are exaggerated, I thought wrong. This little bottle of pure fire is not to be messed with. A little dab will do ye'. I enjoy about 3-5 drops on just about anything made on a skillet for breakfast, if you're tired in the morning, you won't be after eating this stuff. A Mexican coworker was boasting his ability to endure hot sauce and took a ride on the black mamba, he got bitten and not long after was gifting his breakfast to the porcelain gods in full surrender. If you like heat, enjoy flavor and have no fear, then test yourself with this stuff, it bites back.

Bought to get payback after co-worker put something in my coffee. I was scared of going too far and only put 3 drops in his drink and he immediately noticed the heat so he didn't drink more then a sip and I wish I had used more but oh well. The sauce has good flavor and is the hottest I've tried and has instant heat. No regrets with my purchase only with my use. I like adding 1-2 drops into my ramen. BTW make sure to wash your hands if you take a taste with your finger I thought I was going to go blind after another poor decision.

This is my favorite hot sauce. It hits you right now. I've had people say they know hot sauce turn tomatoe red and the look of regret hit thier face. Great prank gift as well... however i regularly consume it myself. Very mellow despite smelling for lack of a better word angry. Little is more with this stuff.
