This looks a quality product as soon as you take it out the bag! It washed well and dried surprisingly quickly outside on the line. It's easy to put on the duvet - no more difficult than putting a normal duvet cover on and the duvet cover goes on easily over the top. My dog regularly sleeps on the bed and suffers with occasional incontinence but the cover usher to be tested in that regard!! I thought it might be like sleeping in a crisp packet but it doesn't rustle and is very soft. The only complaint I have about this cover is the weight. It's currently on a summer duvet, four and a half togs, and it has made the duvet really quite heavy. Not a problem for this time of year but could make the duvet seem much warmer in the summer... time will tell but so far do good.

Very happy with this product.It is NOT "rustly" at all and doesn't make you too warm either.I have tried and rejected so may of the protective covers available as they were like trying to sleep in a crisp bag....so noisy. A lot of them claim to be "breathable" but still end up making you too hot and sweaty - not this one though - I am getting a brilliant nights sleep with it. I am going to purchases more of them and would highly recommend.

I can't give a review for the waterproofness of the protector as I haven't spilt anything on it yet and none of our cats have had any accidents on it yet but the material is of really good quality, it's completely crinkle free and makes no noise whatsoever, it's very soft. The only thing I will say is I bought the one to fit a super-king duvet and it's actually just slightly bigger than it so I had to fold it over a little bit on one side when I'm putting a duvet cover over it. I can only help it does what it says on the tin when I do eventually spill something on it but so far, so good.

Bought this protector for an expensive new down duvet. It looks like good quality as the material is closely woven and smooth. It will I am sure keep the new duvet spotlessly clean. It was easy to zip on and the the duvet cover fits well over it. Wish I had known about these protectors previously.

I am extremely pleased with this purchase, we have been looking for a good quality duvet protector for quite some time but not found one we were happy with. This one is fantastic, it's just like a sheet, not plasticity at all, and lightweight too. Can't praise it highly enough.Buy it.....don't hesitate... well worth the money.

Lovely feel and quality to this duvet protector. It does end up making the duvet much heavier. For my purposes this was fine as I use the duvet as a dressing on the bed and don't actually sleep under it, but if i did it could be an issue. The cat hasn't had any accidents (infrequent anyway) since I bought it so it hasn't been fully tested yet, but it has to be better than just a normal duvet cover over the duvet.

Only been using a few months but so far do good. It does add a bit of extra warmth but I wanted to protect my new duvet. It feels nice and I was pleased it didn’t have a plastic feel that I was worried about.

I thought i would invest in a new duvet and this has fitted the bill in so many ways. This arrived quickly...didn't have any strong odour upon unpacking. I ordered a King Size and I love it. The only reason I dropped a star is because of the volume of feathers that have escaped since I started using this. Every morning I have been waking up with "chicken legs". I am completely covered and I walk them through he house so I have been constantly hoovering up feathers. Have had to purchase a duvet protector which seems to have the done the job. Definately a good buy. Very good quality but please buy a duvet protector at the same time.
