Money's worth
I installed this on my pool equipment today and it works great. This is my 3rd pressure gauge for my pool system in 5 years. The one that came with my pool when we bought the house never worked so I replaced it at some point that first year. That replacement worked fine for about a year and then stopped working. I replaced it again about a year later and that one worked for about a year and then stopped working. After talking to a friend who has some experience, he told me that this is common. In reality, you can get a pretty good feel for the pressure in your system based on the sound of the pump, the water flow, and other indicators. For this reason, I never bother to replace these right away. But a couple of weeks ago, I noticed water dripping from the pressure valve stem where it screws into the top of the sand filter. That's when I decided to buy this one and ended up replacing it today. The gauge is reading 15 PSI and the leak has stopped. I can happily say that so far I am pleased. I put mineral oil on the stem before screwing it in instead of using Teflon tape. If I am not mistaken, the thread is tapered such that the further you screw it in, the tighter it gets. With this in mind, do not over tighten. Hand tight is all you need, do not use a tool. The only issue you might have is orienting the dial so you can read it and still have it tight enough (but not too tight). If that happens, I suggest remove it, then use plumbers tape or a coupling and then put it back on. If you are faced with the decision of "well I can still read the dial but it's not exactly where I want it to be and it doesn't seem tight enough" or "but if I go around one more time it might be too tight but at least I will be able to have a better view of the dial" .... the answer is ... "if it doesn't leak and you can read the dial, don't rotate it around one more time".For me, this is a good price for an easily replaceable item for your pool that you can do yourself. Consider how much you spend on water, sanitizer (chlorine or bromine for example), chemicals, brushes, vacuums, nets, poles, repair, maintenance, etc. If it only lasts for a year, I will still feel that I got my money's worth.

It fits the bill.
Worked well out of the box and was inexpensive. That's all I needed since these things need to be replaced every couple of years - even the ones that cost three times as much.

Cheap, but fit 1/4 npt
Feels like something you would throw away attached to brass. But it worked.

It was easy to mount and just needed some Teflon tape to ...
I bought this as a gage for my swimming pool, as I needed a gage from 0-30 PSI. It was easy to mount and just needed some Teflon tape to wrap around. The gage is easily readable, although it is currently jumping about 3. I replaced one that was now broken, but it had been filled with liquid. I had no problems with that gage jumping. I will not buy again due to this.

Great Gauge that works well for my Airbrush
Great Gauge that works well for my Airbrush. Received it pretty quickly after I ordered it too. The Scale 0 psi to 30 psi is just right. I like to keep the pressure around 15 psi to 20 psi and now I can Read it while painting. Before this gauge, the higher scale gauge that I was using, had such small numbers. "I Like It"...!

Product not set to zero...
Didn't notice until after I installed that the gauge doesn't set to zero. Looked everywhere but pretty sure it isn't adjustable.
