Edit: I was contacted by the seller to replace the worn cable for free. I received the new cable and it's much nicer than the original one that I had. The build and materials are superior to the old cable so I'm back to loving the cable!Great customer service!I travel a ton for work so I was looking for a long power cable that could reach oddly placed outlets in hotel rooms.The good:The length of this cable is AMAZING. You can literally plug your phone in across the room. I've had many friends get very jealous of the length because you can be so far away from the outlet.The construction of the cable is very good and there doesn't seem to be any stress points after using the cable regularly over the last few months.The USB end of the cable works great and has held up to the test of time.The Bad:The USB 3.0 end that plugs into your phone has begun to malfunction. Visually it still looks great but I have to have my phone just so to make sure it's charging. If I handle the phone while it's plugged in, the charge symbol will come and go.This can be especially annoying if you are below the warning threshold on your phone because the low battery alert will pop up every time the connection is lost. I've stopped using the cable on the road for fear of it not being plugged in correctly and my alarm not going off in the morning.Conclusion:I love the length of the cable and really enjoyed using it while it lasted. The cable would receive a glowing review if t we'rent for the bad connection. I still use it around the house from time to time but it spends most of it's time in the junk electronics drawer until I really need it.

I had previously bought two other cables here on Amazon that also claimed to be high speed chargers like the OEM cable is. Neither worked. Both of them gave me the 'use cable that came with your device' warning. One of them was nine feet long and my tab would actually lose power when I used it while plugged in. The other cable was six feet long and would only charge my tablet from 40 to 60% overnight with the tab in sleep mode.If you have this same device you know the OEM cable it comes with is too short and flimsy. Mine started coming apart at the device end within four months. I bought the tablet as manufacturer refurbished and it came with a new charger and cable. Both Samsung branded.I had little hope a ten foot cable (the one I am reviewing) would work. It just seemed too long. And it was a good price. But SHOCKA! It charges at a true high speed and it charges while I am using my tablet! It is built heavier than the OEM cable and the ten foot length is a very welcome bonus. It greatly decreases the chance I will apply stress to the connectors. Regardless, I have rigged a strain relief on both ends.And it was CHEAPER than the other two useless cables I bought!I will put another of these cables in my cart for my next Amazon purchase.Thanks to the seller for providing a true high speed charge at an affordable price.

My little Galaxy S4 mini had always been quirky, but started behaving really, really badly in 2017. I wanted another Samsung phone, but the highest-rated ones do not have a replaceable battery!!! So, I guess when the battery dies, so does the phone (or at least that's what the nice young man at my local AT&T store told me). Could not find a S5 locally, and it took me a while to find a NEW one on the Internet. Got one on eBay, and it definitely APPEARED new, and worked great when I transferred it to my AT&T account. Of course it came with a little 3-foot cord, which for me is only useful during the times I'm charging the phone from a wall outlet :( . And the phone is white, so I would prefer a white cord also - plus white is easier to see. Did not want to do a lot of research and review-reading for the cord, since I had already spent A LOT OF TIME trying to find the phone, so I was very happy to find this cord quickly on Amazon. I've had it three weeks now, and am VERY PLEASED. I never watch videos on a mobile phone, but I do listen to audio books a lot - and I prefer to have the phone plugged in, and not run down the battery.

Haven't had any issues with it

Usually replacement cords are either ridiculously expensive or pieces of crap, after reading the other reviews i felt confident in my purchase. I wish i would have bought this when i got my phone, it charges with the same speed as the cord that comes with the phone and fits snugly in the charging port but doesn't feel like a hassle to plug and unplug your phone plus the chord is so long that you dont have to be tethered to a small area while charging i can walk around my entire kitchen with my phone plugged in. It almost makes me want to never upgrade my phone because then ill have to buy a new cord i love it that much. From my own experience if you are in the market for a new cord buy this one, its performance is fantastic and its amazingly long. I bought this product with my own money and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new charger for their phone.

Game changer. A long charging cord is so amazing. This particular cord has worked well for a few months now without any issues.If you have been thinking about getting a 10ft cord, do it, you will love it. This has been a solid cord with no issues so far.Update: well a few months after normal use the little prongs in the connector to the phone have failed. The charger still works fine but you have to hold it in your phone to keep charging or it will fall out of the charging port. If that did not happen, the cord would have been great.Update: I emailed the company and explained the situation. They sent me a new cable right away and informed me that there is a 18 month warranty on the product. I understand that even some good products fail, and the customer service put my review right back up to 5 stars.
