Question 1

On my MSA pro-x ears, if I tap on the ear cup without the controls, or even chew ice i get this "boing" sound like a spring. Is this right?

I just put them on and "tapped" the cup without the controls.  I get a "boing" sound from my finger's impact and it does have a "spring-ish" sound to it.  I think you'll get this sound on any hearing protection.  Remember, this is meant to suppress sounds over a certain dB.   I tried the chewing ice scenario as well but only got the internal sounds of my ice chewing.  I think you should take them out too test at an outdoor range.   For use at an indoor range, I'd recommend soft ear plugs as well for double up.  Keep in mind, indoor range sounds are amplified.   Good luck.

If i have to use the warranty, who will i be dealing with? usa or other internationally located company? i want to be dealing with the usa company!

I called the USA customer service about warranty repair and was given to understand that if the product said it was ‘Sordin’, it had to be shipped directly to Sweden to be repaired...

Why do i only have the logo of "sordin" on the earphone i bought, but not the logo of "msa"?

I have the supreme pro x, with the black cups.  Not sure on the green cups, but I will say these supreme pro x model is very nice.  Comfortable, and you can hear great while shooting.  Thanks
