I already own a huge Ridgid vac which works great in the garage and outdoors, but was a bear to drag around the house! I wanted this one for in house use as I've got two long haired cats that shed enough to cover a good sized critter every day! This thing has every bit of the power and suction of the huge machine, but is easy to carry up stairs and you can walk through a doorway with it and not beat yourself to death! It also rolls nice and follows behind you when you're in a big space. The cord is a bit shorter than the full sized vac, but not a problem. It will hold a lot of dirt and filth, but naturally, you can't vac all the leaves in the yard with it! I've had my other Ridgid vac 5+ years, and it works like new. Shop Vac brands are total crap, and these Rigid vacs are the machines you want to buy! Well worth the money. The seller on this was called Tool Up and they did a fine job of shipping promptly!

Love the size, the suction power is awesome. Love the compartments for the parts. Portability is great and very light weight but powerful! Highly recommend.

There's nothing not to like about this unit. Tremendous sucking power good filter and portability makes this awesome for construction sites or just for cleaning your car. Highly recommend this product.

Love smaller size and fairly lightweight. I wanted it to dry vac the unfinished walk out basement of dust, dog hair and dirt dragged in by dogs and family. It does a good job. My major not like it the volume of noise. My ears are very sensitive and I wear ear plugs when i use it. The attachments are easier to use than most but still not really easy to store. So overall like it, if it was quiter would give it a 5.

I've owned my handyman business for seven years and used this vacuum for most of that time. I'm buying my second one today because it's so useful. It's portable and light enough to bring anywhere, but it doesn't sacrifice in the area of power. For cleaning up after woodworking or household projects, nothing is better. I have a full size Ridgid shop vac, but it's so bulky and heavy I break out the handy vac most of the time. Customers also appreciate that I can clean up my work sites so thoroughly It sucks up water well and has a float device to protect the motor. I'm especially pleased they added wheels, but truthfully it's light enough that wheels aren't necessary unless it starts getting full. I also recommend using the bag since it provide filtration and dust reduction, but it works great without a bag--it just doesn't remove the dust. You'll never need to use the gas station vacuum, and good riddance because the Ridgid vac is much more powerful.

I’ve used it several times on each of my cars and it cleans up dirt and debris quite well with plenty of suction power. It was very easy to move around in the garage and driveway. It was a little heavier than I thought it might be, but no real trouble for a man to pick up and move. It created no more noise than I thought a shop type of vacuum would make. Yes, I would recommend this shop vac which appeared to be reasonably priced.
