PHR/SPHR Professional in Human Resources Certification All-in-One Exam Guide, Second Edition

This book and the practice exams book were my ONLY source of study (print format) and I passed my PHR exam on July 27, 2022. I used the aPHR books from the same publisher and passed my aPHR exam with ease in December 2019. Keep in mind that this should not be the only format used for studying (I also used Quizlet and interactive studies on YouTube). The key is to take as many practice tests possible. Paired with these books you can pass the PHR with ease.

I 've been studying to take the PHR exam at my own leisure. I also used the old edition that came with two disc. Since I am familiar with the book format and contents, I decide to upgrade and purchase the newest edition to continue my studies.One of my HR colleague HIGHLY recommended I study from one source of reading material, and download apps from Google play store, as well as purchase practice exams from HRCP and Amazon. PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE.

The information was useful and valuable to me in my current profession, however, some of the laws or rules were outdated, or no longer accurate.

Although this book could be dry at times, I utilized it and a set of audio SPHR questions to study for the SPHR exam. I studied this book for about 100 hours over the course of 2.5 months and would listen to the "PHR/SPHR Audio Study Guide" through audible on my morning walks. I utilized the online practice test that accompanied this book and found it incredibly helpful. The exam was challenging but I passed it on my first try after diligently studying this book. So HAPPY to be done :)

It is not a bundle as advertised, it is only one book, the Exam Guide. You won't receive the Practice Exams book. Read the product description carefully.
