Logitech B530 USB Headset for Business

This is the headset that I use for my computer. I purchased it to replace a worn out old set of Logitech Clear Chat Headphones. It is very easy to install. You just plug it in and start using it. No software or pairing is required. The Logitech B530 Headset cable/cord is 96 inches (8 feet) long. The headset is very comfortable, clear sounding and easy to adjust. It is also great for getting rid of most background noises. It works well and I got it for a very reasonable cost. I am happy with the purchase and I would recommend it to others.

This is my second Logitech headset.My previous one, the h530, lasted 4 years (It fell on the ground and was trampled)good:- Having the controls on head work great.- The red feedback for mute is very necessary, and helpful.- Many Co-workers have asked me about the headset based upon call quality, and at least 2 have bought the same model.- I wear this for 6+ hours a day. It is comfortableBad:- It seems to go loose often. But it is easy enough to tighten up.- The volume buttons does fully integrate with the mac. There is no feedback, and it is reset if you change the volume on the mac.- The usb plug is big. Tricky if you are sitting on the sofa while on Skype.Volume button control isn't the end of the world since all keyboards have volume control keys. It is a little frustrating, especially since it worked great on my previous Logitech headset.At first, I was only shopping for ones that worked with the 1/8" jack - since iPhone headphones incorporate the volume control.But after using this for a while, it is not a problem using one of my two usb ports. And I like using usb which is open rather than the headphones that are custom and proprietary to Apple.

Wouldn't fit my head: kept sliding forward and hit my nose and backward to my nape even though I had it as small as it would go.Maybe it's for men.

It Came with a broken mic arm. I paid a lot for this headset and expected better. this is usually crystal clear sounding headphones greatfor skype calls.. But the broken mic truly sucked for that much money

This headset utterly failed to work with Win 8 and refused to communicate with Win 7 as well. However. the tech problems were merely the end of their short stay in my tech arsenal. Even without the connection problems, they would have been returned: the ear pads were very stiff and uncomfortable to wear even for my connection attempts - it had no "give" (unlike my comfy Logitech G35s). The sound from the Win XP connection (the only one that worked) was tinny and shallow, not the best effort from Logitech.I wanted a more compact headset for my laptop; these are not the solution.Thanks for the prompt return, Amazon. I'll keep looking...

I bought this to both record and listen to videos on the computer. It works beautifully! Sound quality is excellent, and recording quality is top notch! The headphones are also quite comfortable to wear. Yes, there are more expensive headsets out there, but this one does exactly what I need it to do - and I don't sound like I'm under water or in a tin can, when I do it! Very happy with this purchase!

These are used at work for Lynx conference calls. Also works great for music. Good product at a fair price. Very happy with my purchase.

As a DJ I was looking for a set of headphones that were not heavy and these are perfect! The controls on the Right are easy to use and the microphone is very sensitive. The USB connection makes it easy to just plug into the front of my tower (not the back with 2 cords!) Only drawback for me is that there isn't a clip to attach it to yourself, but it's just a personal preference. I can see where this would also be great for gamers. Great product, great price.Thumbs up here!

If you're in a work environment where people are constantly walking up and talking to you even when you're having a headset conversation, this is the USB headset for you. The bright red mute indicator light on the microphone boom and the giant on-ear mute button combine to form a system where you always know if you're on mute or not and can quickly switch before your desk visitor's loud remarks don't get broadcast to a conference call of hundreds.Add that the headphones are super comfortable and have really good sound as well (better than my previous voice-oriented USB headsets, anyway), and you've got the all-in one package.The cable is a little on the short side, so you probably want to add on a USB extension cable (especially if you tend to pace around like I do when talking on the phone), but really, that's not a bad thing to do anyway.By the way, I'm using it with the Cisco Communicator IP Phone on a Dell Latitude-series laptop on Windows 7, in case people have compatibility questions. It works great, and there was practically no setup — plug and play.

Amazing headset, no background noise amazing sound quality, I am using it for VOIP mostly and I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the product. Great headset in its price range for screencasting. Very good noise cancellation.The thin coating on the head band came out very quickly, and I held a star, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
