Dok Jok 3.5" Thai Dessert Mold - Brass Cookie Mold for Lotus & Flower Cookies

My khanom dok jok is perfect! This is my first time making my home recipe. Thank you so much! People have to understand, you have to season the tool, sooo important and shake off access oil before dip in batter. Seriously works like a charm! Takes practice folks! Makes me appreciate even more all the love and labor my ancestors prep for all this deliciousness!

This item came packaged in a cute bag with a card from the seller wishing happiness and tamarind concentrate pack. Pleasantly Surprised and put a smile on my face. The cookie mold is made of brass! So won’t collect rust. Easy to use and if you know how to keep brass cooking items, then it’s easy to maintain too.

The product worked perfectly on the first use, and the instructions were extremely helpful. It significantly simplified my work.

Does exactly what it' supposed to. Mold for beautiful, traditional, Lotus cookies. It does require a bit of "seasoning" to get it to its non-stick performance. I killed about 15 cookies before it began to release them. I recommend using two of these in tandem so that one is always heating while the other is in use. Use in a 8-10 inch heavy pot with about 2-3 inches of HOT oil and you can't go wrong.

Tel que mentionné, qualité irréprochable, vient avec recette, produit et lime pour le nettoyer et un sous-verre en bois était inclus en cadeau. Je trouvais qu'il était très bien emballé jusqu'à ce que je l'ouvre et découvre qu'il était emballé dans un mignon petit sac à main! Je pense que je préfère le sac à main à l'objet commander haha! Un gros merci, vous méritez largement les 5 étoiles.

Funktioniert gut. Ist zu empfehlen. Würde ich wieder kaufen.
