Good 2.0 system for the money, but very limited audio input capability
For the money, these sound pretty good and look good. I wish I paid more attention to the specs before ordering, though. These speakers are apparently intended to work primarily with computers and MP3 players using single jacks. The only input options for these speakers are a single RCA jack or optical cable. There are no USB, HDMI, or even stereo RCA jack inputs. I intended to use these for a smallish digital TV at our cottage, so I had to purchase an optical-to-RCA stereo adapter. I haven't been back since to try it out.But, as I said, for the money they sound good plugged into an MP3 player.
