I have been delaying writing a review because I wanted to use it for at least a month to see how it held up long term. This collar is shockingly great (no pun intended). I wasn’t expecting it to do anything because it was so inexpensive. But, this is a great value. I’ve tried everything on my dog and I have to address his barking because we’ve had the police called out on him several times. I’ve used petsafe and have to replace the batteries every month and that’s additional $$$. Tried other brands too and the same problem because it was expensive to use their batteries and when my dogs fur grew above 1/2” the collars didn’t work. Even the citronella spray only worked so-so and we were still replacing batteries and spray all the time. It mostly sprayed us and our dogs smelled very citrusy. Again, lots of $$$. We used sonic sounds and bird cages that also delivered pitches to shut my dogs up and none worked long term (meaning over a few weeks).This little collar works better than all of them. It is also lighter in weight than my other ones. It’s a little big for his 10lb body but it weighs less than the others he’s had and he moves around better with it. I love that it is rechargeable and I no longer have to spend $30 a month in batteries or spray refills. Even if this only works for 3 months it will save in the long run but so far we have not had any issues in the month we’ve been using it. The only downfall is the instructions are awful. It takes level 2 for my 10 lb dog so just FYI. I just ordered another for my other dog and for a back up. I do like that it gives him a warning beep - which shuts him up before the zapping. The sound is very alarming - it literally sounds like he’s going to explode. If you’re tired of dumping money on ineffective products - this is a great choice. We don’t regret it. It’s been 6 years of searching and we’re keeping this.

I used this product for my two dogs. I notice one collar worked and the second one didn’t work at all.

Works well for my small dog. The collar is reflective and the snap is sturdy. Battery life is good. I especially like that it doesn't go off with other dogs or with head shaking.
