Prefer the Always product to other Discreet Underwear products. These are more comfortable, fits less bulky and nicely designed. Have tried other brand products and keep coming back to the Always product. Absorption is as exceptional, the odor lock is a real thing and works well. When referring to the "less bulky" action it is a lot because other brands tend to be wide between the legs which makes it extremely uncomfortable. These Discreet Always product narrower in that region and somehow manages to wick excess leakage to other areas of the underwear so you don't feel like you are drowning in moisture during high-leakage moments. Size large with the Always Discreet works best for me because it fits true to size. Similar products are tight in the leg on a Large but when up-sizing to an XL then you end up literally swimming in the over-sized rest of the pant and it become really loosy-goosy and extra bulky. Also really like that they put a nice little printed bow on the front to identify front vs back instead of hiding it inside the pant (that still gets confusing). That may seem silly be it does make a difference. Overall, am really happy and will stick with the Always Discreet product as it works quite excellent for my situation.

Perfect for the first couple days postpartum. They do run a bit small so if you're borderline size wise you should order up. These were absolutely wonderful and didn't feel like a diaper at all. No worries about leaking when visitors come to see your new baby or you have an unexpected gush of afterbirth (yuck), these offer total protection and peace of mind. Plus you can easily fit an ice pack pad inside or tucks pads, to help your bits heal up and feel better. Pretty much the ultimate in comfort for a new mommy.

We have these auto-delivered to a relative at an assisted living facility. They work great and are comfortable. There is seldom wet or dirty clothing with these compared to when she was using pads. No more drying underwear in the bathroom, in fact they told us to remove the underwear so she wouldn't forget to wear these. That has worked perfectly. The only problem we have had is that it feels so normal, we might forget to take an extra brief along with us when we go out and about which can be a problem.

Ok these are saving my life and dignity . My maybe unique issue is I prefer high waisted in everything. So thrilled that on my third try I found them - unfortunately for me the large is too big ( after a few hours they become droopy even when perfectly dry ) I find myself adjusting and trying to pull up more and smash in the baggy crotch part 😳🙌. The small/medium is too tight for me . I can wear them but not a perfect fit and uncomfortably tight in some areas . FYI I wear a large normally in pants 14-16 depending on brand and style . Wide in the back and a few roles in front … I just that out loud on social media 🙃

I am comparing these to Depends and just on there own also. These are the best ones I have ever used. I never cared for Depends but had nothing else better that I could find. According to wt and measurement large would’ve been my size but large felt too tight and because it is made of paper they caused heat rash. So I wore XL but they were too big. So yesterday my order of Always came in a size lg. A: They are soft and comfortable. The large fits beautifully and they are s-o-o-o comfy. B: I highly doubt they would cause skin problems because they don’t feel like paper. And C: They are really pretty. These Always brand I have always preferred in a pad but these as a panty are right up there with there reputation as well-made products for women, with their comfort in mind. BRAVO, ALWAYS, You did it. Hit this one right out of the park. Try these. I don’t believe you’ll be sorry.

I've tried both the Large and Extra-Large and both work well. In normal clothes, I wear a size 18 in jeans and size 10 in underwear. Because I am relatively short (5'3"), and pretty much have no waist, no hips and no caboose, the Large fit me better. They are both VERY stretchy. The biggest difference is in the length. The Large stop at the waist for me, whereas the Extra-Large reach above my waist. I'm a heavy leaker and had to finally stop using Poise Pads because they would often leak at the edges, while the middle was still dry (Don't ask Why, I haven't figured that one out yet!) These Incontinence Underwear are fairly soft and the faint pattern at the waist makes it easy to tell front from back. The best part is that these hold a LOT of liquid.

I bought these for postpartum care after my son was born after reading some online recommendations to get adult diapers. I was skeptical that I'd use them but I was SO grateful to have them!! I will recommend these to all my pregnant friends. I used the hospital supplies while in the hospital but wore these at home. I always felt secure and didn't have to worry about leaks. One thing no one tells you is that after an epidural your bladder control may take a few days to fully return. These were the perfect stress-free solution. Added bonus that they're pretty comfortable (as much as you can expect anyway). Once I transitioned to regular pads I still wore these for a few nights. I highly recommend these for after delivery.

I'm not going to lie, I am not an old lady that purchased this item for incontinence. I am middle aged and got tired of not being able to sleep through the night worrying about leakage during my monthly cycle... That being said, it works great for that purpose; tear it off in the morning and throw it away. It feels like it breathes and provides excellent coverage without leakage, which allows me to sleep deeply again. For my purpose, I would give it 4 stars. The downfall being it feels awkward between your legs the way the crotch is so wide and hugs your legs in a weird way. I gave it 3 stars because you can hear the plasticy noise crinkle when you walk or shift around - it sounds like my child used to sound in diapers. My first though was - when I am old and need to wear diapers in public for my incontinence, there is no way I am wearing these noisy things. So.... the rating depends on why you want them. Around the house it's 4 star, out in public 3 star.
