2 months in and it’s not sensing motion anymore!!! Very disappointed.my return window is closed. I really hope the seller will reach out and help replace it !

Thought our very expensive Auto Soap dispenser was damaged due to water submersion. Refused to pay the $40 or more for a new one. The price on this was more reasonable; decided to try it. The other dispenser started working again, so this Hanamichi Dispenser is being used in a bathroom. Works just a good as the much more expensive brand.

Our first motion soap dispenser is a winner! Easy to set up, so far no issues and it works well...you can adjust the portion of soap to be dispensed...really like this dispenser!

Bought another because we like the first one so much!

I ordered two of these units. After a few uses, soap is no longer dispensing from one of the units. The motion detector works, it makes sounds like soap should be coming out, but....nothing. It might be clogged, but really? After only a couple of uses? I am sorry I purchased my second unit. I wish I would have waited longer to use the first one. (Also, my 11 year old just told me that the one working unit is now dispensing soap that runs down the front of the unit rather than dispensing soap into your hand. What a mess!!! I guess the other one is getting ready to quit working too. )

We have 3 sensor soap dispensers in our home, and have had them for about 2-3 years. We think one of them got water inside it and rusted out, because it stopped working and this seemed the case after replacing the batteries and inspecting some of the wiring. We couldn't buy from the same seller again because this same unit was now unavailable. So I found a new seller.Sellers seem to sell basically the same dispensers, but with a different logo on it. However in this case the dispenser is actually a little different and improved over competitors. Some noticeable differences:*It's truly motion-based. Previous dispenser would release a set amount if motion was detected. This one dispenses a set amount of liquid, but will stop early if the hand is taken away too soon. This is great. Saves soap and allows me to wipe it down quickly without it spitting out soap.*It's up on a stand. Previous dispenser sat flat on the counter, increasing risk of water getting in through the cap on the bottom (where the batteries go). This new design protects it from any water drops on the counter.*Up/down arrows on-top to select soap dispense quantity. Previous design had a single button that you pushed. You had to scroll through the options by watching the blinking red light. New buttons give you more control. Not a huge deal but it's more user friendly which is good.We've been using it for a few weeks and it works fine. Just as it should.
