Water Spray Mat - Disney - Jake & The Neverland 35" (Summer Swimming Game)

This product is very cute, but unfortunately not every well crafted. I ordered it for my daughter's Jake-and-the-Neverland-Pirates-Themed kiddie pool party.Firstly, please note that the picture on the box is more than a little bit exaggerated. There are about 20 points where the water sprays out. The spray is about 8 inches and shoots up a bit, to a maximum of about 18 inches, when stepped on. I didn't really expect the Bellagio fountains, but it's somewhat disappointing. The good news is that my neighbor's 13 month old was very comfortable and happy splashing around in it.The biggest disappointment is that within the first hour of use, it burst at the seams near the hose adapter. It's not very well sealed. I was able to patch it up with some duct tape. Again, for the price, I wasn't expecting something that would last for years, but a few hours at a minimum. Duct tape worked wonders though.This is a three-star product, except for one thing: my daughter LOVED it. She'll happily play with it for hours on end. So we kept it - duct tape and all.

Much smaller then expected, and may be ok for a crawling age baby but too small for a toddler to enjoy. The kids stepped through it a couple of times and went back to water guns and never came back over to the mat. On a 90+ degree day, I expected they would at least run through it to keep cool, but again, it was so small they pretty much ignored it and I felt it was more of a tripping hazard.

On our recent vacation, my toddler son fell in love with the water fountains for kids to play in. Since my son's birthday was coming up, I was looking for something that might simulate the fountains that we could use in the backyard. I found this online and since he is also an avid Jake and the Neverland Pirates fan though I would give it a try. My two-year-old and my five year old loved playing with this Spray Mat. It is a simple design and appears to be fairly durable. The enjoyment the kiddos got out of the Spray Mat combined with the low price makes this a definite "Win"!!!

As cute as this is, it's impossible to get all of the water out of it which caused it to get moldy on the inside within a month or so of us buying it. I bought this primarily for my 2 yr old since he doesn't like the bigger kids sprinklers but loves the water. It was great for that, I just wish it would've lasted longer before it molded. This year, I just invested in one of the splash pools instead!

My son loves it because its Jake and the Neverland pirates. But it does not spray very high so it cools off only his feet. This will be used for my 18 month old since it is such a small water flow.

There was a huge water bulge that formed when hooking the hose up to the nozzle. It seemed like it was going to burst!
