Not for me!
Caused me to break out in spots, so had to stop taking them. Will stick to just plant sterols in future to manage my cholesterol levels, rather than combination products like this that contain other, unproven ingredients.

It’s dose help to bring your colestral levels
There good a bit on the large side but if you break them in half there easy to swallow they do take your cholesterol level down hope this is of some help

To lower cholesterol. Can’t say whether they work or not as only just started to use. Easy to take but do leave a slight after taste of garlic.
