I haven't had any problems so far
I really like these, they were very easy to install and use, the burron on the side has worked and feels good quality. My only gripe is that sometimes that app doesn't work correctly as I could be pressing the on/off button on the app a couple of times before it is registered. However there are a lot of very useful things that these sockets can do for example turning on and off alarms via the automation softwear in the app, or having a schedule set. Or when you are at work and heading home a light can be put on so that it is on for when you get home.

Very satisfied! And would recommend!
Very handy tool if you like domotics or if you have access to a plug, but not very easy to reach once attached..I used to control a few devices in my house using both Alexa and Google Home, it works very well with both and I think I will purchase more products from this brand. It was a bit tricky to set up, but I wouldn’t say difficult..and instructions are very clear. If you set up you google home or alexa, you can definitely set this up

Easy to set up. Great value.
Pros:Easy to set up using the Smart Life app and add to Alexa for voice control.Handy on/off switch on side for manual control.Small enough to get side-by-side on a extension lead. We're cheaper than other 4pks on Amazon at the time of buying.Cons:Slightly stiff plugging or unplugging anything into them (I'm a bit worried that unplugging from them could damage them).Slightly bulkier depth than some others.

Works perfectly. But you will need to read setting up (i use ap)
Easy to use with alexa and can set names. So "alexa turn on fan(plugs name we chose) works perfectly. Setting up Personally can't use ez mode have to use ap connect but once ypu know how it is simple but for a first time it's infuriating.

Smart and Simple
I have used one of the plugs to turn my outside Christmas lights on/off with a daily timer. The other 3 have been used in my living room to turn my lamps and christmas tree on/off via google mini. Once setup I have not had to access the app, as I can use the google home app if I am looking to manually turn on/off. Good value for money and no problems to report.

Just Brilliant
Absolutely love this product. Probably the best thing I have bought this year! I have bought these to set up my Christmas lights and have tested them out using some other lights in the meantime. They were really easy to set up and they can be controlled by either a downloadable app or via Alexa (again, really easy set up). Now if I issue the command "Alexa, turn on the Christmas lights" all 4 lamps come on simultaneously. I can't rave about these enough, great value for money and so easy to use. I am delighted!

Work great but hard to set up with BT Smart Hub 6 - solved
Great little sockets, really neat and seem well made.I had a lot of bother setting it up with a BT smart hub6, lots of people online saying it's not compatible. After a lot of trial and error I did get it working...Make sure you have the 2.4 GHz network separate so you can log in to it with the sockets - they don't support the 5 GHz band:1. Log in at http://bthomehub.home2. Click 'Wireless' then 'Change' and enter admin password3. Switch on 'Separate bands'. You may want to rename the 2.4 GHz band so you can tell which is whichNow you need to simplify the mode so that it will recognise your sockets - without this step it consistently failed to find any of mine:1. On the same screen as above, click 'Wireless Mode'2. Select 'Mode 2'3. Save settingsNow go to Smart Life app and go through the add socket process. Make sure you select the 2.4 GHz network and your sockets should be found.

Get what you pay for.
OK so they aren't bad for the money I guess, they do work but I think you get what you pay for with this stuff. They are NOT easy to set up. 3 are now connected but one doesn't seem to want to connect at all so I actually only have 3 working plugs. In order for them to connect to my router I had to disable the 5Ghz frequency on my BT home hub which it also uses as they will only connect at 2.4GHz and the sockets don't seem to want to connect to that if there is a 5GHz anywhere near it. (caused no end of bother with the other devices in the house)If you connect them to Alexa you cannot create a group for them within a room. (ie. Lounge --> Lights --> Socket 1/2/3) You either have to setup the ROOM name as the GROUP name you would give the devices or activate each one individually. The sockets are also thick and you cannot plug in two next to each other on a power adapter, you need to leave a socket space between each one. You will need a very thin plug to be able to use that socket in the middle. The manufacturer would be better resizing the plug to have more height than width.Bottom line, they are now working correctly and seemingly reliably other than the one that wont work at all.4 for £28 (£7 each) they aren't a bad price but as I only have 3 working they cost me £9.33 each and you can get an Amazon Smart Plug for £9.99. To be honest I think its worth spending a couple of quid more for something that works seamlessly with you smart home setup and doesn't take hours to connect and configure.
