Well, I need to look taller. I do TV, and my co anchor it's so tall. The station got some boxes for me, to look at her height, but I wasn't satisfy. I look on line and find these. They were inexpensive, then I said let's try. I got then, and they are fabulous. I look now, at her height. It comes with different adapters that you can use to increase at the high you need or want. i can use it, with more of my shoes. I'm thinking to buy more pairs. They make me feel powerful. the fabric doesn't bother me at all. One recommendation, in order to avoid bad odors, washed them once a week.

I am using these since my hip surgery that left my legs uneven by 1 cm. Each of the small pieces is approximately 1 centimeter so it works perfectly for me to put one in the shoe on my short leg. They give you multiple pieces so you can stack them if you need more left. They are made of gel that's very comfortable. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because they do tend to slide around a little bit as you walk and I sometimes have to push them back into place. They do have little suction cups so itll work on some materials but that does not work on soft material. I have tried using double-sided tape and may try to think of something else. But overall they're not really that noticeable and they are comfortable

I like that i look taller when i use it. But i don’t know why if i walk much it hurts little bit. Also, sometimes when i walk some layers flipped out in my shoes. So maybe it should be 1 or 2 big layer not 5 little layers. Anyway, I’m happy that i look tall and my legs look long and thin.

This product is terrible. Initial heel insert pad (not adjusted for additional height) has 14 5/15" wide x 3/32" high circular bumps on the inside surface that faces up towards the heel of your foot. Plus 2 1/4"wide x 3/32" high circular bumps inside of a raised U-shaped bump 1" long x 7/8" wide x 1/8" high. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE to walk on. Not to mention that the pad slipped sideways inside the shoe and had to be readjusted every half hour or so. I do not recommend these to anyone.

I love these adjustable silicone heel lifts. The pieces are super simple to interlock to increase or decrease the overall height. The pieces are also easily washable. My only complaint is that the topmost surface is bumpy, which I presume is to decrease any possible slipping. These bumps are irritating to the sole of my foot. Therefore I found it more comfortable to lift the insole of my shoe and place this heel lift underneath the shoe insole. This way the heel lift is entirely effective and not in direct contact with my heel.

I have been diagnosed with achilles tendinitis. My doctor recommended getting heel wedges to help it heal and with the pain. I'm so glad I found these. I had originally bought a leather "set" that only came with one. It was also uncomfortable. These are silicone and have nubs to massage as you wear. The five layer description means there are 5 different pieces you can add to increase the height. This is great for me as far pain level and how they fit in my shoes. Some shoes are just up for a 3 level insert. I would highly recommend these either for the medical use that I am or to increase your height.

I had right hip surgery and wound up with my left leg shorter affecting my gait which results in low back pain. They work ok under the shoe insole but I was hoping to use them with my flip flops as I have aquatherapy PT but they don't stay in place, are heavy and aren't comfortable on bare feet. The different layers don't stay in place either.

I wanted to try these out for the " lol" 6'2 to 6'4 and a half. Was pretty funny to be that size as a guy who is 6'2 normally. Yeah this is definitely a product that everyone should buy just for the laughs. I think I going to buy more of these products. I slid them under the sole of the shoe seem to be more stable there. I think for this month I be 6'3 for a while
