Hubcap brand new
The hubcap appears brand new; fits perfectly!

Peeling and Flaking finish
After less than a year the finish on the plastic started to flake off. These are on a horse trailer that gets driven very little and mostly around town. It was very disappointing to see the finish deteriorate so quickly.
