Great for the barn door. This barely fit because our door is almost exactly the same size as the opening, and there needs to be a little it of overlap for this to guide the door properly. The baseboard is at an angle, so I had to place it close to the edge, using longer screws. Keeps door from swinging out at the bottom when my idiot dog decides to push on the door:)

These were the perfect item to glide our custom made barn doors. They were the perfect height for the project. They attach to the wall so we did not have to cut the carpet. When we replace the carpet in the spring they will be easy to remove and reattach when the carpet is in without cutting it. The glide posts are adjustable which made it easy for our contractor to install. The guide posts are padded perfectly so they do not scratch the doors when opening and shutting. Great sturdy product and arrived on time! Would highly recommend using for barn doors of all sizes!

As you can see from the photos, I had to cut the bottom of my barn door to get it to fit in my bedroom. The bumper are just high enough to guide the door but they work very well. The door slides smoothly with no play. I've had the guide in place for months and the bolts have not come loose. Even if they did, they are very easy to tighten.

Sometimes, it's the smallest things that make a huge difference. We had a barn door installed to our main bedroom. It's beautiful. But without this floor guide, the door would swing and over time, it might loosen the attachment at the top. Now, it glides nice and easy at the base.Don't skimp on the details. They really can make all the difference in the world.

The rollors are substantial and that is maybe the problem. My door barn door hardware kit keeps the door 7/8" away from the wall. This roller kit at its smallest adjustment puts the bottom of the door at 1-1/8" from the wall so the door is not plumb and the reveal between the door and wall is noticeably out.

This is just what I was looking for!! The floor braces that came with my barn door hardware were supposed to be screwed into the floor. I wasn’t going to be able to do that with my wood looking tile. This is perfect because it screws into the wall and it is EXTREMELY sturdy!! They were also easy to install and my door stay right in place. I’m SO glad I bought these.

Easy to install. Does what it’s supposed to do. Would be nice if you could adjust the height of the rollers. We have an old antique door that doesn’t quite hit the rollers. We couldn’t lower it anymore or it would have had a gap at the top. That’s no fault of the guide though.

Husband built and installed double barn doors over sliding glass doors in den. These were essential to prevent them from "swinging" away from wall and possibly coming over the track. Sturdy and looks good, and not a trip hazard at all, not as big as some others we saw with rollers.
