I have been taking Trader Joe’s magnesium 20mg tablets for the past couple years. They discontinued them and recommended this combined Calcium, zinc, magnesium tablet as the replacement. I am hugely disappointed in these tablets and I won’t buy them again. They are double the size and hard to swallow. I also didn’t want the extra calcium or zinc. But was willing to give it a try because I thought these would be relatively the same. They are NOT! The photo shows the plain magnesium tablet compared to the current combo one. You can see how thick and long it is. It is twice as big.

Been using these for quite a while, always purchased directly from TJ's. Less expensive there plus no shipping, (I am a Prime member but I believe I ordered this bottle for a friend to try so that's all that was in the order) Anyway, was having major leg & even thigh cramps almost nightly and sometimes daily. After a couple of weeks taking these religiously, I haven't had any!! ANY!! Stupidly, I stopped taking them and gradually the cramps came right back. You better believe I don't run out of them and I take them every day! As with all supplements, they take a while to get INTO your system, but only a few days of not taking them is like starting over.

Over the years, I have come to be less tolerant of the magnesium. I balance it with regular calcium, and I’m good to go. I only wish it came with a lower dose of Mg.
