The HP ink cartridges are so expensive and last such a short period of time it is beyond frustrating. I have an HP Office Jet 4650 printer and got the black and tri-color 63 pack from JARBO after running thru HP cartridges in under a week.. Came in a very professional and also adorable box. My printer accepted the black cartridge right away and even showed the correct ink level reading. It read the color cartridge but showed it as only a quarter filled and did show some printing problems as if it was low in ink or not reading the ink. I contacted JARBO and within days I had a replacement set and the color here worked perfect. I did my research on remanufactured cartridges overall and how they are reliable and a useful way to save money and in no way are they those old school refilled cartridges from years ago. They undergo testing the same as the original cartridges and are actually fully remade. Problems can occasionally happen with original cartridges and I have had that problem before with HP so it is not the fault of them being remanufactured cartridges that I had a minor problem here. I am very impressed with the quality of these cartridges and to have the XL size at such a good price is amazing. The print quality is as good as with the original HP and I will continue to purchase only from JARBO for their customer service is impeccable and they stand by their products 100%. What more can I look for. Quality and great performing cartridges and a company that will rectify the problem if a problem occurs. Highly recommend. And also if you have problems installing they provide very useful instructions.

First time I've taken the time to write a review for ink - and I've bought a lot of ink in my life (I'm a designer). The reason I rated it so highly is because it's actually better than the ink that came with the printer (I bought the brand ink twice). The original ink would make my prints come out too yellow, but this off-brand ink actually has them come out perfect, an unexpected but welcome surprise! I've had it for about a week - so far so good. Really love the color quality. Even if this cost the same as the original, I would pick this one.

I purchased these awhile ago to have on hand when I ran out of ink, and I wish I would have just forked over the money for the genuine cartridges. I really need to print something tonight and I can't because these don't work. I just keep getting a notice saying there's a problem installing them no matter what I do.

UNBELIEVABLE! I received the package. open the bag containing the Black ink and instantly have it on my hands and PANTS! Leaving the container in the bag, I folded it over and placed back in the shipping box. I made no effort to open the package containing the color ink. I am now out a pair of pants and will NEVER purchase this product again. Too bad there isn't a 0 Star rating.UPDATE- 3/04/2017: After posting my first review, I was contacted by a company employee who was very concerned about my experience. I must admit it was nice to see a company go the extra mile to correct a customer issue. Because of those efforts, I am raising my rating to 3 stars for now and will adjust once I am actually able to use the product. I am currently using the HP ink that came with my printer. Once that runs out, I will try this product and update the review accordingly.Thank you again for the excellent customer service.

These cartridges are excellent and a great value. I had been buying the standard size cartridges retail and paying a lot more. They lasted a bought a month. These JARBO remanufactured HP 63XL cost a bought half the price, It's been over three months and there still going strong. Highly recommend, will purchase again.

Update: Jarbo offered to send me a 3rd set of ink, and the third set worked perfectly without a problem. I don't know if the chip has been updated or if it's something else, but we are printing in black & white and color without a problem. Excellent communication from customer service.*********************I ordered these in January and installed color without any problems, it worked great on my hp envy 4520 printer. I finally ran out of black ink a week or two ago, so I installed the black and it didn't work. The printer told me that the cartridge would not work, and to try reinstalling "Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated ink cartridge". I did several times. I emailed Jarbo, they told me how to clean the contacts in case, and I did. It didn't work. Jarbo shipped me another set of ink, I received those today and the black does not work. The message was "The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer.", followed by the message I received with the previous cartridge: "Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated ink cartridge"I believe this could be due to the fact that the printer updated it's firmware in the past couple of weeks, before I installed the black. It's my guess that hp is trying to prevent people from using 3rd party ink, and if so, it will take time for 3rd parties to update their chips to work with whatever new update is blocking this brand of ink from working.

Works very well, exactly as I had hoped. With school starting I knew I needed ink and this is a great product for a great value. I'll definitely be picking up more for back up. The last time I ran out of ink I went to Costco and found a new printer for about the same price as ink for my old printer. Now I am happy to say that with your ink, I will keep this printer and actually buy cartridges. Thank you.
