Simple and convenient to use. Saved a lot of time as using a brush would have taken a long time. Very useful if you a have a large area to cover. Simple to store away for reuse as very slim.

I married this handle with the appropriate brush to clean and oil my decking. It made life a lot easier but its not cheap.
