I like this mascara but it’s not my favorite

I have used this mascara for years. It does not irritate my eyes and goes on well without clumping. While not entirely tearproof, it is smudgeproof and it is preferable to use makeup remover to take it off. I've used both soft black and brown-black with good results.

It’s fine. Just fine. Wasn’t wowed by it so I won’t be buying it again but it’s really just fine. If you like Neutrogena, you will like this

Really good mascara, it is waterproof, but is a little hard to clean off lashes. Even with that I would order again.

I’ve been using a different Neutrogena mascara for years, and I loved it. It came in a 2 pack at a great price and never gave me any issues. Since Amazon has been out of stock for a while, I decided to try this one because it also claimed to be a 2 pack and advertised itself as smudge-proof.Unfortunately, neither claim was true. I only received a single mascara, not a 2 pack. The formula goes on dry and clumpy, and it smudges throughout the day with normal wear. I constantly have to check under my eyes and wipe away the black smudges.It's even worse overnight. Every morning I wake up looking like a raccoon because it has smeared so badly. I've honestly never used a mascara this disappointing. Ironically, even though it won't stay on my lashes, it's incredibly difficult to remove, even with makeup remover.Save yourself the money and the frustration. I wish I had listened to the other reviewers because my experience was exactly the same as theirs. One star is being generous.

This mascara is quite hard to remove. My Neutrogena Make-up wipes didn’t touch it so had to get some eye makeup remover pads. I also don’t like the brush-very large and a bit of an overkill. All it’s doing is holding excess mascara that’s going to dry and flake. Would like it much better if the brush was smaller/thinner.

No issues with sensitivity. Stays on well and doesn't smudge. Good choice for people who have sensitive eyes.

My favorite mascara for years, now! So much so that I subscribed. No fancy department store mascara can live up to it. Trust me I’ve tried and the others are expensive hype. Neutrogena Mascara is my mainstay, and they have the best waterproof formula on the market. Hope they never change it.
